Today this company knocked on my door and stated what they would do. I said I would like my upper gutters cleaned out. He gave me a quick quote and I agreed to it. He said the crew would be by later to do the job as they are in the area doing work. They showed up a few hours later and knocked on the door to advise they were here and going to start. I said great, I looked out a few minutes later and saw a ladder on the lawn. After a little while went by I didn’t hear anything going on, so I went outside and they were all gone. Never did the job. Never knocked on door to explain why. Not the best business Moto.

Jun17, 2022 These guys left a moss mess on the ground around my property after cleaning my roof in late April). I made the mistake of paying and trusting what they said about coming back to pick it up, but they never returned. I've been asking them to do so for over a month a nobody shows up. These guys don't see beyond the tip of their nose business wise. They say they'd come but they don't....not only one time but all the time.....which is very disrespectful!!! Update - July5, 2022 Unbelievably, the moss is growing back after only 2 months. These guys said the job would last for at least a year. I called them just now (8:50am) and the ***** who answered the phone said "our job doesn't have any guarantee (by the way, the Rep who came and did the job said that they did have guarantee). Then I said, but obviously, you guys didn't apply the chemical you guys said you would and the Rep said, without any type of verification "we did, but, ****** it, the moss sometimes grows back"...... This is just laughable.... **** ***** ** **** **** ** **** **** * *********** ******** *** From a business perspective, they definitely don't see beyond the tip of their noses. Please stay away from these guys

We hired Aztec Maintenance to clean our house and roof on August 15 2020. While the job was satisfactory, the moss has come back on the roof. They gave us a 2 year guarantee (which I had to chase them for in writing) and on March 16 2022 I contacted them to come and remove the moss. While they initially got back to me, when I told them it was to honor a guarantee, I had to ******** **** **** ********** *** ****** **** ******* ********** After much back and forth they scheduled an appointment for May 4. When they hadn't shown up an hour after they said they would be here, I contacted them and was then told their "truck had broken down". Despite contacting them again they have yet to reschedule. I think I have given them enough time to get back to me and can only assume they have no intention of honoring their guarantee, and obviously do not care about their customers once they have paid for services. This company is not trustworthy and I strongly encourage you not to hire them for anything. ** ** ******* ***** ****** ****** ** *** ****** ******** *** **** ****** *** ** * ****** ** *** ****

Never let them show up and do the job at the end of the day when it is dark and raining. I guess the moss removal from the roof was satisfactory but what a mess they left behind, moss all over walkways, house exterior walls, plus the top of the gutters. The windows that were cleaned were satisfactory, but the three that were missed were dirtier than before. There was no response to my observations, so my wife has already cleaned 2 of the windows, and I will be hauling out the ladder to clean the other one, plus the gutters and the walls. Perhaps I should have done the job myself in the first place.

Aztec knocked on my door and asked if I wanted gutter cleaning service and for an extra charge they would remove the moss on the trim around the roof. Ive given them 2 stars as they did a decent job on the gutters but the extra i paid for the trim moss removal was a waste of money. The trims were only clean on one side and from the windows of my house were just as mossy as before. I took photos and sent it to them and they told me they would clean more of the trim for extra money. I was quite furious and told them I would warn others of their efforts or lack there-of. Dissappointed would never use them again.

the Aztec crew was very polite and did a fantastic job on our gutters, siding and threw in the skylights. very happy with the work great job!!!
