The ******** branch did not do what I asked when they were repairing my truck. They **** and said they did the work. I proved them wrong and they said ok fine but that work wasnt in the scope of the job. Another absolutely false statement and I proved them wrong again with their own work procedures that should have been followed even without my specific instructions. I documented everything and sent it to the branch for review. The branch manager called me concerned about my words sounding like legal jargon and thought I was digitally recording all the conversations Ive ever had with them because of the detail in the text I restated from past conversations. He hung up the call and closed my account and told ********************** not to talk to me because I was suing them. Which I am not and have never digitally recorded anyone. Its been 2 weeks and Ive heard nothing from Peterbilt and at this point not sure what to do.
