I pre-paid this firm to apply lettering & numbering to a blank ******* authentic pro-weight, Ottawa ********* *** hockey sweater. Also, to remove existing lettering & numbering from, & apply new lettering & numbering to, a *****, authentic pro-weight, ********** ******* **** hockey sweater. Additionally, I ordered four (4), Athletic Knit brand, blank hockey sweaters.Despite repeated telephone conversations with employees/the owner of the company as to the status of my ****** ************ that it had been shipped to my post office box, as of 5:00pm, 26 Sept. 2023 I have yet to receive my order. I was told by the owner that he had shipped my order via ************ however he has been unable to provide a tracking number so that I may confirm the shipment or determine if *********** is to blame for this lost shipmentBusiness response

This order was sent along time ago to *****************************, it was since received back and was sent again by courier to him (at our expense). I understand he received the order a couple of weeks ago.
