I purchased engineered hardwood flooring from nufloors in terrace. I was told that it was a stock item. The invoice also says stock item. I purchased more than needed to ensure that I had enough to do the job. When it was delivered there were three boxes of flooring that were damaged. I was asked if I could use them where the damage wouldn't be seen or where I could cut around the damaged areas. When the floor was finished I had five unopened boxes and 1 half full box. I phoned to see when I could return the unopened boxes and was told that they don't take special order items back. It turns out that they don't have a warehouse so everything is special order. I was told then that the in stock statement meant that it's a stock item at their supplier therefore it a special order. I would like to get the money for the unopened boxes back as it is ********** to say it's a stock item and then say after the fact that it's not a stock item too them
