      Date of transaction: 4/2/2024 Order Number: ********* I am seeking a full refund of my order since the contact lenses are defective. Ive never had an issue with this company with any of my previous orders until now. I ordered a new set of lenses and 2 weeks ago I finished my old box of contacts so I opended my new order. Ive tried multiple pairs from the new box and the contacts are all folded causing creases on the edge of the lens and making them unwearable, painful and my vision to be blurry. It has also caused my eyes to become very irritated and swollen. I have also had to pay for multiple appointments with the eye doctor and medicated eye drops due to my blurry vision and irritation caused by the lenses. Upon using my most recent order I immediately knew something was off with the conacts as they caused burning and discomfort after putting them in my eyes. This has led to ongoing vision health problems I am currently dealing with.

      The client place the order on Apr 6, 2023.Confirmation email sent by email

      The order shipment was created on 15th April 2023. Shipment tracking number sent by email

      The order was posted on 17th April 2023.

      The order invoice was created on 15th April . The invoice was sent by email.

      The order was delivered on 18th April 2023

      Mention: The shipping delay of **** business days is mentioned on the product page.

      We communicated with the client starting the first day the client sent to us the first email.

      I am rejecting this response because: The information provided is not true. They send a confirmation on the 6th when I placed the order but there was no other communication until the 18th. There is a Screen shot of all the emails I have received as well as a screen shot of their website where they guarantee a response within 24h. I sent them emails on the 13th, 16th, 17th, and 18th. No communication was received within 24h for the emails on the 13th or 16th.

      i ordered contact Len's from this company i found on line on January 30 2023 its now February 22 2023 and i still have not received my purchase nor have i received any more information on why its taking this long should not take a month to receive contacts that are back ordered *** **** **** ** ***** **** ** ******* i want my money paid back to me in full $269.05

      The client was informed that the products he needs is out of stock and back ordered at the producer.

      The client agreed to keep the order on and accepted the delay.

      Once the product received in our stock it was sent to the client. The order was delivered on 9th March 2023 - see the ****** **** ******** *********
