    I called this company on 3/27/24 and told them my ******** dryer was not working properly. I was given an appointment for the next day and told the technician would call me first thing in the morning to give me the window they would be arriving in. The technician never called, so I called again. The service person said they would call the repair person and get right back to me. I waited for over two hours and then called again. Eventually, I heard from the technician who said he was close by and would come over. Two technicians arrived at my home. It became apparent very quickly that neither of them was familiar with my particular type of appliance. After at least 2 hours, the technicians finished their work, asked for payment, left me NO INVOICE and stated that their work had a 3 month warranty. My dryer still not working, I called Tuesday morning, April 2. I tried repeatedly to get through and was sent to voicemail. I left one voice message asking them to please get back to me that the problems were still happening. I never heard back. On April 3, I went online and filed a new repair request. I was called back promptly by a different person than I had dealt with before. Shortly after, I received a call from Daniel who told me he was going to look into parts and would get right back to me. It is now more than 24 hours later. Edit: I called Daniel yesterday morning (April 4) to follow up and he told me he would get back to me asap when he receives the information. It has now been 8 days since my service call. I have had no updates, no information about a follow up appointment, no offers to properly repair my equipment - nothing. I am looking for: somebody to professionally respond to my queries; I would like a proper INVOICE for the work that was done but was not effective; I would like a full refund since my machine is still not functioning properly. I have contacted another company to do the work. This is not how you run a company.
