I ordered New Smile retainers in January 2024. When they were shipping my my impressions trays to do the molds I emailed them requesting that they mail me the smallest ones they have, as I have to use child size trays in the dental office (I a very small mouth). There response was, I have to wait until I get the initial order and then I can request those. So when I received the order I emailed them requested the smaller trays. Having to wait another 3 weeks. Once I received the smaller trays I set up a online zoom to do the impression trays with there team. Once I completed them I mailed them back and waited for my retainers. This was all about 6 months after I placed my order with them. I emailed them right away and let them know the retainers did not fit correctly. They then sent out more molds and trays. I let them know the trays are to big for my mouth and what other options do I have. They said I can do a 3D scan and have it up loaded on to an *** file. I checked with my dentist and they do not do this. I let them know. So they were going to reach out to find me a facility that does this. They sent me one location and said they do the *** uploads. When I called to make an appt they had no clue what I was talking about. I then asked for a supervisor and his name was ****. He let me know we would research and find me another location. He agreed (verbally) that if he could not find one by the 21st of June they would do a refund. Now every time I email him he says he needs a little more time. I would like to return what items I do have that I have not used yet and get a refund. Can you assist? Thank you, ***********************
