      Put in request for booking on their website on Feb 15, they reached out to me on ******** on Feb 16 for a ****** *** rental for 2 days. Feb 25-27. They told me I could pick it up at 830pm on the 24th and return it the morning of the 27th. I made payment in stripe with my credit card. They told me to contact them when I was there to pick up the car but they never gave me a location. I called them at 8pm and they said they didn’t have the car yet, previous renter hadn’t returned it yet. It wouldn’t be ready until 11pm and they would deliver it to my house. I waited until 11 and they said midnight. They asked me what I was doing the next day and then never responded back to any of my calls or texts. Paid almost 1k and never even got the car

      This is our first time dealing with this company we wanted to rent a car from them and we were told to provide a credit card to hold the car after confirming the car was available for our requested dates. Approximately an hour later we wanted to cancel and were told there would be a 25% PENALTY. When we provided our credit card info over the phone to put the car on hold we were NEVER ever told if we cancelled we would be charged a penalty. When we wanted to cancel we contacted the company and our request was not fulfilled instead the company suggested an upgrade to another car and just prolonged our request to cancel. We now demand a full refund.

      I rented a lamborghini aventador on Feb 5, 2023 for my boyfriend's birthday. I paid in full and we were supposed to have the car for the day April 30th. I emailed the day before only to be told the car wouldn't be available until May 14. I email again the day before and I'm told that the car isn't available. I phoned them and was told the car is being repaired, I asked them to email me in at least one week to keep me in the loop. I got an email over a week later say that the car would be available June 18th. That date roles around and I email them the day before only to be told that they had to release the car and they would have another in 2 weeks. At this point I couldn't trust them on their word and asked for a refund since they have not been able to provide the original service that I paid in full for. They refused to give me a refund with no apology or explanation for their complete unprofessionalism. I have all email correspondence attached below.

      The first transaction was dated March 25, 2023 when i booked the car. I paid $504 including the insurance that they recommended. On Friday March 31, 2023 i paid $2500 as a deposit and got promised to get fully refunded 24 hours after if the car was returned in the same condition. First of all, the car was stinky and it smelled really bad in a point that I couldn't tolerate. Secondly, the car wasn't fully functional as the needed alignment and the steering wheel would go to the right automatically and the car would be driven into the right side. Third of all the brakes weren't good enough as it was dangerous to operate. Lastly, he deducted $262 from the deposit and refunded me with $2,242,41. Even though we were advised that if we return the car with less gas than we received, they'll charge me $20 which they clearly didn't. Also, i want to mention the employees name which was a guy called *****, and he was super **** and didn't even care about how to treat a customer and was really offensive at all time. I even contacted him 30 minutes after i picked up the car and mentioned the problems and wanted to return the car immediately because it was dangerous to operate and demanded to get a refund. Not only he didn't accept it, he disrespected me with regretting to rent out their car to me. For the record, the car was a 2017 ******** **** ***. Please help me get my money back and get these guys to learn how to treat a customer and run a business. Do not hesitate to contact me regarding this matter at any time. ************. Thanks

      As as per rental car procedure a car is to be returned with the same level as fuel when it was rented. The ******** *** fills up with Approximately $200 worth of gas. One cannot pour $20 gas and call it even. Customer was ****, underage of ********************** and was still approved. Car was inspected fully and passed all matters. When a customer uses $200 worth of gas and expect to pay $20 shows what kind of person we are dealing on all angles. There was nothing wrong with the customer gladly drove a full ********************** period without returning early for an issue. There is no issues, and no refund for gas. There is a $20 penalty per quarter tank. We are not in business for people to taken advantage of us and use more gas then they pay for its just common sense.

      I paid the company $750 on June 21st 2022 to pay for a ******* California car rental. I also paid a deposit of $5000 for the car on the day I picked it up. The company/person said I'll get my deposit back within 24 hours after returning the car. I rented the car for 2 nights from June 28th 6:30 pm to June 29th 3 pm. There were no terms explained to me when picking up the car. The company/person made me sign a rental car form and didn't explain any damages done to thr car prior to renting. The car was dirty from the inside and the gas tank was not full as well. The issue is the company/person took my deposit with no explanation. When I texted them to ask why I only got a $536.03 refund, they said it was because of wheel damage and mileage. There was no damage done to the car. I have not heard of any wheels being damaged or scraped while driving the car. I asked them to supplement a before and after picture but they stopped responding. I also asked the extra mileage I drove and no response. I would like to get the remaining $4463.97 back. The company took my money with no prior consultation and made their own allegations with no proof. I also have text messages with the company/person. Please help me, I need this money to support my family.
