I purchased a cell phone case from the company based on the description which was the my phone would be protected MIL-SPEC Shock rating, drop-proof to 6ft/2m. My phone only fell 3 ft. I emailed them and received the following response: Sorry to hear that your phone is damaged, unfortunately there could been a lot of issues related to this like the position and surface where the phone falls, and hey! at the end of the day anybody can say "this case broke my phone" for that reason we recommend you checking our Warranty section: ************************************* I have never had a phone break until using this case. I have always used lifeproof case. I feel if they are going to make a claim they need to stand by it or remove that information from the website. I now have to get my cell phone fixed or buy a new one. I feel the company should pay for a new phone or the repairs. This is just bad a bad product.
