I hired Gourndwork cleaning for post construction cleaning at a construction of a new home. This was to include the inside and the outside glass windows and railings. Inside clean was on August 15, 2022 and the outside glass cleaning was on Sept 27 2022. I was not happy with the cleaning of the inside and spoke with the owner, Steve, who advised me he would provide a credit on my invoice. Following the inside clean they came on Sept 27 to wash the outside windows and glass. Again I was not happy as some of the work was missed. When I texted Steven to discuss this he said it was my issue because I did not communicate effectively with the cleaners. Furthermore he called me to reinforce that it was my mistake and told me they were not coming back to redo the missed areas. He hung up on me before I could explain my side. When I received my invoice, there was no discount which was verbally promised to me after the August visit. I do not want them back to clean anything but I do want the discount I was told I would receive. I do not want to deal with Steve as he hung up on me and told me i failed to communicate to his workers (but in stronger words) His invoice number is 15225 in the amount of $2360 before tax. He did not specify what type of discount he would provide,
