            The transaction was made on December 15 for a COVID test requested and booked for travel to China. However, the flight was cancelled and thus the test was held for future. In January, China release a new list of accepted clinic, and unfortunately this clinic is no longer accepted. I contacted the clinic and was promised a refund on Apr 14. In the month after I tried to contact the clinic again to confirm the refund method and date. However the clinic didn’t respond until May 9. In the response, the employee indicate they can only provide a free test( which is no longer accepted), but not a refund. I tried to email and call the clinic everyday for a week and still no reply on the solution. Attached the initial transaction. The email confirmation of refund and the email communication rejecting the refund.

            I paid $299 for a 12hr Covid-19 test onOct4th; should have my results thru email by 10pm. I spend consuming time and money; not sure I will not make my flight ******* ** **** *************
