      Gifted my daughter an expensive Aritzia winter jacket and try to get assistance from customer service with regard to a warranty exchange and have been given a run around to find a receipt for a product purchased from their store. They have agreed to replace the jacket only on a condition that I provide them a receipt. It was purchased during a busy time in December and I am not sure if they asked for a phone number or an email address as it was extremely busy and so now they have tried locating the receipt with phone numbers and email addresses and they have no track of it. It is their product and was a very new introduction too. I will escalate the matter to media if I dont receive a replacement. I love the brand and need immediate assistance from Aritzia customer service.

      I bought a lot of clothes there in one shopping spree, and there was one bodysuit I didn't want to try on there, because it was white and I didn't want to stain it with my make up. I got home and noticed it was stained already, so I decided to return it. They told me I could not return it because it was a bodysuit, and they were very rude. I also wanted to return one blazer and they would only let me exchange it for something I would get that day because I tried to return it at 28 days, and their policy apparently is 21 days. However, they told me 30.I had to rush into buying something because I didn't have time. I asked if I could just get store credit, I didn't need my money back, but they would not allow it. Not happy with this and will never shop there again.

      Ordered a cloth but put a wrong address by accident. Can't cancel the order since not live chat or phone call service work before 9:00 am est. Then exceeds their cancelation window of 30 minutes. When I call them after 9, they said they can't cancel nor change the address.

      I like a lot of the clothing sold at Aritzia. I think the price is slightly too high for the quality - especially after wash and dry. My biggest issue with Aritzia is the horrible return policy. They dont have very good stock in store, so buying online can be your best bet sometimes. Unfortunately, they charge $8.40 for return shipping, and they give you such a small window for returns. I shop at high end designer stores and even Dior gives you 30 days for a full refund. I probably wont be buying from Aritzia anymore and, instead, will take my business directly to ******* and TNA.

      Absolutely disgusted my daughter placed an order with this company and 2 items were unsuitable so I contacted them to place a return and they want us to pay 45 dollars for an international return. I find this hard to believe. What a bunch of rip-off merchants. 45 dollars whats the point of making a return you would barely get any money back. Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know the same. Disgrace.

      I bought stuff from Aritzia started 8 years ago when they were not that popular yet. The customer service was great around that time and they are very responsible. They got progressively worse trough out the year. I recently ordered something online, but the package is significantly delayed. I called them twice, first time they told me nothing's wrong with this shipment when literally the package been stuck in ******* but I'm in **********. I had to call them again for them to tell me they couldn't give me refund because I have to return the package when they could clearly see I don't have the package. They then told me they will refund me in 4 business days if still don't have the package, but lied about ***** don't deliver on Saturday. I'm disappointed that my favorite clothing brand turn into a business like this. Horrible.

      I ordered a few things from Aritzia that I really liked. But I canceled other orders in part because they were delayed by more than a month - I did this over the phone and confirmed in writing via chat. My online account showed the orders were canceled. Almost two months later, I see they are now charging my credit card item by item and supposedly shipping these items to to me. When I asked what they were doing they said the orders were canceled but they are "special orders." Incomprehensible. Strange company. They seem nice and helpful when you talk with them on the phone and they mark your online account accordingly, but they aren't doing anything. You could make a horror movie about it. ***** ***** ****** **** **** *******. Maybe the in store experience is different.

      ************* * ****** **** * **** ***** Made a purchase 2 weeks ago and the item is not even shipped out yet. I called and after waiting 49 mins on the line, was told it would be shipped out that evening. That was 5 days ago and still they have not shipped it. Complete lack of respect for their customers

      The return policy should be the same across online and in-store returns or it should be made clear during checkout that the policies differ. I read the 30 day policy thinking that my return would be within range, but in store returns are 21 days. The first associate was very apologetic and nice but the second person that she double checked with was **** ***** ****. * **** ** ****** ** **** *** I understand enforcing return policies is difficult, but there was no reason for the extremely loud and embarrassing explanation that my return was “WAYYY over the return date” (6 days past the 21 day policy). I wasn’t trying to push the return whatsoever and it was completely unnecessary, especially if the woman knew my confusion was based upon two different return policies within the organization. It was not explained to me and I didn’t know until after I left the store and looked it up. Thank you.
