      I submitted an online order July 5th. I ordered 3 items. Unfortunately, only one item has arrived - they sent the wrong item in my order, and the original item was no longer available. The third item was delayed in arriving - it was supposed to arrive July 8. On July 11th I asked where it is, and they said I had to wait 5 business days before they would look into it, or I could phone ***** myself. I asked to speak to manager and they said I had to wait 5 business days before someone would call. When I emailed they said someone would respond in 3-5 days.I've spent 200$ plus delivery charges to get one item. No one will respond and I can't any answers on when I can expect the rest of my delivery.The company's mantra on its website is "Helping our collective be well in every aspect of their lives physically, mentally, and socially is at the core of how we create our products and experiences." Ignoring your customers is make them be well. It's terrible customer services and ******************** should be ashamed of how it treats customers when thiings go wrong.

      My belt bag started ripping at the corner seam within 3 months of having it. After contacting customer service they said it was over a year old and they couldnt do anything for me. I explained the bag was only 3 months old and attached photos as well as my receipt showing the date of purchase and they told me they could no longer assist me and the case was closed. Absolutely awful customer service. This company does not stand behind their product. Do not recommend at all.

      I bought a gift card from Kroger. There is $0 balance when I tried to use the card. Called and emailed Lululemon with rhe purchase receipt and there is no support from them at all. Filing a police claim was recommended. Unbelievable horrible customer service. No more ********************.

      My wife was given a gift card (unopened). She proceeded to use the card online and it said that there is a $0 balance. We had the gift receipt and proceeded to call Lululemon customer service (what a joke) and they said it had already been used in ******** that morning (purchased in Georgia. **************** had also said that they were aware of an ongoing issue with gift card purchases originating from Kroger (where her card was purchased). They end the communication saying gift cards are treated as cash and there is nothing they can do. They also have very poor reviews and moderate there reviews so if it is a poor review they won't let it be seen.

      They dont stand behind their guarantee. Purchased $99 leggings. Before four months old, tons of piling. They look old. Take way better care of them than any clothing. Their department denied my request for another pair!

      If I could give negative stars I would. I will never do business with Lululemon again. Placed a order on 1/5/24 for two pairs of leggings for my DIL's birthday on 1/18/24. The estimated delivery date given and posted on my Lululemon account was 1/9/24. Shipping timeline reflects 2-7 business days, the package should arrive no later than 1/17/24. When I called about this I was conveniently told that when I placed my order the timeline was **** days which was changed on 1/8/24, however I cannot find anywhere on their website that being the case. I asked the customer service rep to provide me written documentation where the shipping timeline changed, of course she told me she could not send me anything. Lululemon's customer services reps are not in the US and they have no intention of providing resolution. My opinion customer service reps are reading from a scripted algorithm and repeat the same verbiage over and over with no intention for resolution. This was the second call I made the first call was worse and the rep again not in the *** lied about her name, this was discovered when I received the survey with a total different name identified and identified her location being in ********. During that call I requested multiple times she escalate my call she refused and then I rasked multiple times she call ***** to find out where my package was and when it would be delivered. ***** tracking showed the package was in MT (delivery state was AL) after going from OH to GA and back to MT with a note reflecting there was shipment exception she refused to that. The delivery date is now end of day 1/19/24 the day after my DIL's birthday and well exceeds the 2-7 day delivery terms noted on Lululemon's website. My recommendation is avoid doing business with Lululemon, beware "lemon" is in there name.

      I was emailed in connection to a dispute I had submitted to my bank about unauthorized drafts made from my checking account by ********************** studio. The representative who contacted me signed their name as *****. This individual emailed me a total of 5 times accusing me with false claims that I had repeatedly told them were not accurate. They continued to harass me even after I specifically asked them to stop contacting me. The dispute was handled by my bank and was completely resolved but they would not stop reaching out stating they would be invoicing me the amount that the bank determined was unauthorized. They targeted me, and even now is contacting my bank in regards to a closed dispute in which it was proven the charges were not placed or made by me. There was absolutely no reason for ***** to keep interrupting my ability to work with their constant badgering of what was already taken care of by those responsible in doing so. They caused me so much unnecessary stress. Lululemon studio employs people who refuse to stop bothering those that ask them to stop contacting them.

      LuluLemon would not cancel an unauthorized payment for $930 because transactions can only be canceled within 60 minutes of a transaction being finalized. I don't know how I even got an account with them. Please change this policy.

      I spent $100 on leggings and they started to fall apart after a few washes -- despite the fact that I always washed them on cold wash and let them air dry. I left a review about this and Lululemon deleted the one-star review that i wrote (with a photo showing the pilling of my leggings). This is unethical and dishonest. When I tried to contact support about the quality of the product, they were extremely unhelpful. I expected much more from a brand that claims to be all about quality.

      I bought two Christmas items for my granddaughters and they knew I didnt know the size so they said go ahead and get the sizes I think and they can exchange them if theyre not the right size. So then after Christmas, they refused to change the size we didnt want money back. All we wanted was an exchange to the right size. I spent $120 and now the two items are useless. The sales person shouldve told me I wouldnt be able to exchange the sizes.
