      On January 6, 2021 I pre-ordered a *** ***** ** ****** ******* *** **** ** ** ******* *** ****** from Mike's Computer Shop's web site for 702.99. My order number is ******. I waited months for the part to arrive, only to be told over and over that they didn't know when they'd get any more in stock. Every time I contacted customer support they told me that if I didn't like waiting I could refund my order at any time. Finally, on June 6, 2021, I found the same part available from a different seller. It had been 6 months, so I gave up on Mike's, bought from the other seller, and requested the refund. When I sent the email asking for the refund, I was told that "for reasons outside their control" the company's ****** system was suspended, and I could either wait for them to resolve it, or file a dispute. I decided to wait, and now it's been a year with no news. When I sent an email followup I never received a reply, and all of Mike's Computer Shop's phone numbers listed online appear to be nonfunctional. I would really like to receive my refund. I never received a product, I was told OVER AND OVER by customer support that I could be refunded at any time, and when I asked for that refund it was never given. While I would normally let something like this go for a business that seems to be struggling, $700 is not a small amount and, again, I was told over and over that if I didn't like their service I could get my money back. I'd like that money back now, please.

      We have been ******* as they are not responding to us and have our money for the pre order of the ****. We paid in January 2021. I dont know how they can live with themselves keeping customers money and not delivering the product. No respect for customers!

      I ordered a graphics card from them about a year ago then asked for a refund, they said they would but I haven’t seen anything at all, I asked for the refund 4 months ago

      I had pre-ordered an ******* *** **** graphics card from them on Jan 14th 2022 based on the pretense that I would be on the waiting list for when they have it in stock and that i would pay ***** * *** and shipping so a total of ******** to keep my place in the waiting list. They would also send updates on when they receive an item and you can opt in or out depending on the brand. I have only received one update from them on Jan 21st with a brand that I didn't want and a price that was way above the retail value of the product. So I didn't opt for it and chose to remain on the waiting list for other updates. Ever since then there have been no updates from Jan 21st till the date of this complaint. I have tried emailing them asking for updates or my position on the waiting list with no response. I have tried calling them and their lines are down. Even their website is down. I have emailed them after that asking for a refund with no response either. I called my credit card company and issued a chargeback and hopefully they wont refute it. Or they can issue me a refund with a solid expectation date, since I'm noticing that they put people on further waiting lists for refunds.

      This order (as attached) was made in Dec 2020. It is a pre-order for **** Video card. I have been waiting for 16 months patiently and naively thought it understandable due to the global shortage of computer video cards. Surprisingly, multiple sources indicate that the business is likely going bankruptcy. I tried to reach the business via phone and email to cancel and refund my pre-order. No one relies at all. The business took full amount of money at the time of pre-order, yet fail to fulfill the order up to 16 months. Very likely the business is taking customers' money as free loan, knowing they won't fulfill the orders at all. ** ** *** **** ********** *** **** ********** *****. To make it worse, they are holding our money so long that neither credit card nor ****** offer purchase protection any more. In my case, I used ****** which can only reverse payment within 180 days. My wish is that I can either get back my hard-earned money, or get the order fulfilled. And hopefully, relavant persons at Mike's Computer Shop can be held accountable for their ********** ** *** ******* they deserve. Thank you for your time in reviewing my complaint.

      December 24 2012, I have pre-orders 4 graphic cards from Mikes Computer Shop Online for a total price of 2204,60$. I decided to ask for a refund. They said they will refund my order and still no refund (2022-04-05). They have closed their website and don't answer any phone calls or email. I really need my money back from them. I uplaoded the receip and all the conversations. Thansk a lot for your help !!

      I placed an order on Oct 19, 2021 for computer components in the amount of 3482.79. After a period of a month or two I was shipped 738.65 of my order. After frequent follows ups for the balance of order they advised they did not have any stock. I followed up several times since and only recently stopped getting a response. In addition, I placed a pre-order October 24, 2021 in the amount of 532.34 for another component and again, they advised no stock with my follow ups. I stopped receiving a response.

      Hello, On Sep 3, 2021 i made a preorder of a product which was not in stock at that moment. I paid a deposit of 1073.08 (deposit+shipping+GST). Terms and conditions of this preorder stated that i have to keep this preorde axctive for at least a month. After that, should i decide to cancel the preorder, the refund will be processed within a month. The company was not able to deliver the product, and on Dec 8, 2021 I sent email to the company requesting cancellation. My request was approved by the company on Dec 9, 2021. However the company did not issue a refund up until now. I have a lengthy email conversation with the company, but they cannot provide the plausible reason of not issuing a refund neither do they provide firm date when they can issue a refund. I sent my last email to the company on March 11th requesting updates on the status of my refund, but got no reply. I would like to request your facilitation in resolving this matter.

      Ordered and purchase a Laptop for work at *** $1069.29 On Feb 15, 2022. Told it would take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Since March 4, 2022, this store has been closed with a sign on it. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Their websites and social media platforms are silent.

      December 24 2021 I pre-ordered a graphics card under the premise it would be delivered within a month per employee statements. The charge was 231.84$ and after multiple emails and attempts to get a realistic timeline for delivery I decided to request my refund on February 18th. After doing so I have not had any response to any email or phone calls/messages left with the company. We have a 2nd identical preorder through another account, and are unable to request the refund via the website - though I requested both refunded in my first email in february. The last time the website was online, my account said the order was pending cancellation. Since I left my last message informing them I would pursue legal action and or get the local police involved - they have since put their website homepage as 'upgrades underway' with no ability to check account info or anything. I mentioned opening a BBB complaint and am not surprised to see them trying to hide their page here via 'updates underway'.
