      Ordered a graphic card and used their Open backorder reservation. It said that we could cancel anytime with a full refund. They changed their policies after taking the orders. I tried to get the refund. They do no answer their e-mails. The website is closed including order history, **** ***** **********

      Worst experience dealing with this company. Preordered a graphics card and when they told me the prices I decided to cancel the order. Cancelled the order on February 1st, and it's been over a month, I still haven't received my refund. I have been emailing them, and they keep mentioning it's going to take a couple of days, but till this date nothing. Emailed them again on 03/11/2022 and have heard nothing back. Never doing business with this company again!

      I prepaid $1392 for a ** to be built Feb 10, told it would be delivered a few days away, Phoned later that week, told to wait two more weeks. I foolishly did so, and now, a month later, their stores seem closed. No response to any phone calls, or emails. No way to get my money back now. Stay away. *** **** *** ******

      Do not buy from this place. They sent me a **** tracking number saying my merchandise was shipped. Called ****** ****, the number did not exist Then they tell me it was a wrong number and never heard from them since

      i preordered a GPU without realizing it was a preorder. Anyway the down payment was 500.00 for the preorder they sent me an email saying that the GPU was on order and it would cost me over 2000.00 more so i said no way cancel that. which they said i had to wait 30 days to cancel a preorder 30 days WHAT...thats almost 600.00 of my money held ** ******. 30 days passed the order was canceled but low and behold 2 more weeks have passed and still no refund. i been emailing and live chatting with them but the keep giving me the run around. SAD do not trust this company at all. ****** *** ** ****** **** ** ***********

      Ordered a ****** that was being sold as available, my order status changed to "pre-order pending" after a few days, which was weird since I didn't pre-order anything. A few days later without movement I reached out, apparently they made a mistake and that GPU shouldn't have been sold as available they didn't have any. They processed my payment without telling me about this mistake and confirming I was willing to wait for the pre-order, I learned it after contacting them. Now on the 22e of July my refund as been stuck in pending ever since, I was told 3-5 business days it's now been 8, still no refund. Not very happy with how they handled the whole thing, still stuck waiting on my refund...

      Website states same day shipping, it’s been 4 days and my order still has not been shipped out and they are now ignoring emails asking what’s going on. Sad excuse of a business regardless of covid and staffing shortage. Properly communicate with customers and avoid this. Remove the same day shipping notice from your website. It’s false advertising and that statement alone causes people to order thinking it’s same day shipping. Extremely frustrated with the situation and lack of communication.
