I purchased the 10 classes pass on 28.11.2022 for 189.00$ including tax. I used 2 classes and I have 8 classes left. I just want to have refund for the 8 classes left. When I presented my request 2 agents from Idance said I will be having my money transferred directly to my account. I checked my back account and I never got the money back. Than I was told I will not have my money back. 189.00$ is a lot of money and I need a help to get it back. It’s not the right place for me to be and train. If you need more deals please contact me. As mentioned in my call to you, we have a zero refund policy. I have offered the client an extension on her pass, no problem, but never once did we say we will refund her.
If the client would like an extension offered by you, I have no issues honoring that.Customer response
