In September 2021, my daughter enrolled in the extracurricular dance class at your school, which meets twice a weekon Sundays from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm, and on Fridays after school from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. At the time of enrollment, **********, the instructor, requested a cash deposit of $30,000. She stated that this deposit would serve as a guarantee for six years, with an annual fee of $5,000. The tuition fee was set at $1,500 per quarter. Since then, no receipts have been issued for any of the payments made. My child has been unable to cope with ************** teaching methods in the classroom. Due to this situation, we have decided to request a withdrawal from the dance program and a refund of the $30,000 deposit. However, our request has been met with refusal, further exacerbating our concerns about the school's practices in April 1st.2023.It is my sincere hope that you will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to address the issues raised. I kindly request that the school implement transparent fee regulations and promptly issue receipts for all payments made by students or their guardians. Additionally, I urge you to reconsider our refund request in light of the circumstances surrounding my child's dissatisfaction with the teaching methods.********* violated consumer protection laws, she failed to provide clear fee regulations, as well as receipts for payments made by customers, There is no clear fees, terms, conditions at all. She may also breach the contract law which is force sale, misleading clients by not providing receipts and refusing to refund the deposit when requested.I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
