I am completely dissatisfied with Kenji ROIs lack of professionalism and am starting to believe their company is a scam altogether. I am a former client of theirs. They worked on my very first listing for ******. I wasnt going to dwell on the fact that I felt they ******* **, charging me an outlandish amount of money for minimal services. I get it, I chose to hire them in the past and take responsibility for that. However, Ive run into an issue where my ****** account has become deactivated, and I believe Kenji ROI may be responsible for this. I have reached out to them via their platform inquiring for more information, and I have received no response. I have since been blocked by them!I have called their phone number repeatedly. It does not work. I have emailed their support team and the individual that worked on my account from **********************. No response.I have tried via social media, messaging them directly. I know someones seen some, if not all of my messages. All I have been seeking is some assistance. I am not blaming them, but I just need clarification and they have chosen to ignore me. I take their silence as an admission of guilt basically. They have compromised my information and my livelihood. They are a horrible business and I would not wish my situation upon anyone else, just trying to seek answers and some assistance from a company formerly hired.Initial Complaint

I made a transaction with Kenji Roi of almost $800 in Early December to have professional photography, graphic design and copyright/ product optimization done in what they estimated would be 2 weeks (just in time for my product launch.) I I didnt hear back after ******* said he wouldnt ghost me and would keep me posted so I sent an email for a follow up since my products had already arrived in the warehouse. Not only was I getting texts from the business at 3am local time, I received an email on Christmas day that the project was done. My product Photography was taken post packaging without any proper display. My item was flat out of packaging and images taken. I asked for all photos to be retaken. After second revision I noted that most of the images were exactly the same (no revision) and a fake product was edited into a graphic. This product wasnt even my own. I mentioned this a few times and was told that my product was backwards or certain items were detached but I told them this was impossible to take apart. They then proceeded with editing the image with fake items that my product had instead of retaking and using my actual product in the image. I asked for revisions for all of the images. Its now February and little to no progress has been made. I asked for a partial refund since my launch has been delayed significantly and they continue to say they will revise my images after already having 3 revisions done. They mentioned a partial refund is not possible since its so far into the project, however Ive been unhappy since the beginning and asked for a refund a while back with only the option to revise. They offered to use my current images (taken from another photographer I paid) & to add graphics but still not to provide a refund for the Photoshoot. The communication has been unprofessional, there phone lines dont work. They charge USD in canada which was unexpected also.
