      Stay away from this company! I ordered an ebike and saw the charge was registered on their site (via Shopify) but no further information was ever sent even after multiple emails and phone calls (that went automatically to voicemail). The ebike was never shipped, no explanation given. After a week of no responses I canceled the credit card charge and bought from a reputable vendor. If I had googled their name before reading the reviews on their own site I would have found other negative reviews like this. Do not patronize this site.

      I ordered a 220 gallon aquarium and two water pumps for a week now and nothing! No confirmation, nothing! There has been a hold on my money . I sent an email to their non existent customer service and just crickets. Save yourself the headache and avoid at all cost!

      I strongly recommend staying clear of this company. First, the bike shipped to me is not what I ordered. The wheel came bent, the brake pads did not make contact and we had to have a bike shop make the bike rideable. Second, customer service does not answer complete questions making you ask again over and over through a minimum of a 7 day period. There is no serial number for replacement keys and no help in trying to purchase a new battery. They want you to buy the battery without any instructions on how to replace the battery that no longer has keys. Been dealing with them since 2020 which was a huge mistake! Buy at your local bike shop so you actually get CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      We are sorry that the customer experienced some delays in our replies. We have certainly been answering every query to the customer. The slowness is caused because we are going back and forth with the manufacturer and waiting for their replies. The wrong bike was sent, and in three days, we arranged for the manufacturer to replace it and sent the customer a pre-paid shipping label, but the customer decided to get it fixed on their own. Then the customer asked how to get a replacement for their battery key. We asked the manufacturer immediately about this, but we did not get a reply from them for one week. We updated the customer during this time. As soon as we got the reply, we let the customer know. We realize the experience was not great since the manufacturer mistakenly shipped the wrong bike, but we worked as fast as possible to fix everything. The customer decided to handle things differently. As for the key, it is standard in the industry that replacement keys are not available for batteries. This is something decided by the manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer; we are the distributor. Sincerely, Electric Zip Team

      We'd also like to add that the customer lost the key and the manufacturers do not make replacement keys for anti-theft reasons. We are not able to send a replacement battery if customers lose their keys. The customer may have been expecting a free battery which we cannot do. However, we did send a discount offer for her to replace the batter. The customer asked about removing the battery - that can be done at any local bike shop.

      To insinuate that I expected a free battery is ridiculous. Especially since all my written communication specifically stated that I will purchase a battery once they explained how to get the old battery off the bike (which they NEVER responded with instructions to date). Furthermore, they insisted that the manufacturer stated that the only fix is to purchase a $300 battery which is half the cost of the bike in the first place. This is not true. I contacted the manufacturer directly and receive a response in less than 24 hours that a $10 key replacement was all that is needed. I ordered it, and the bike is now functional...for $10.00!! I find it very curious that I, as a regular consumer can get an answer from the manufacturer in less than 24 hours when they insist it took over a week to get answers. Stay away from this company!
