On Nov. 18, I had an appointment with Vancouver South Animal Hospital about my dog’s X ray and Urine test. The total cost is 732.04. First, we’ve set up an appointment with Dr. B***** on Nov. 9th, but they switched to another vet called David without letting me know, because the COVID, they are no longer allow pet owners to enter the hospital. First, Doctor D**** cut my dog’s left thigh when shaved his hair and didn’t tell me until we went back to home and noticed. Second, when I was waiting for my dog, they called me and told me that they could cut my dog’s nails while he was sedated. But I noticed that my dog's toes were bleeding. But again, when I picked up my dog, no one told me. In the evening, my dog was sluggish. Dr. D**** called me and explained that it was because of sedatives and told me the result of his X ray, the main problem of my dog is on the right knee. But when I was going to let my dog go potty, his scratched left leg could not touch the floor, and he was very resistant to stand up. So, on Nov. 19, I have spoken with their manager; she said the attended doctor can take look of the wound and gave me some antibiotic, and they will fix this wound without additional charge.
