- The date of the contract.
- Cost of the contract with the tax and shipping charges.
- Terms of payment and the total price of the contract.
- Notice of the consumer’s rights of cancellation.
- Consumers should also know that a direct sales contract is not binding if the supplier does not provide a copy of the contract at the time the contract is entered into. Furthermore, consumers may have the right to cancel a direct sales contract by giving notice of cancellation to the supplier not later than 10 days after the date that they receive a copy of the contract.
