On July 12th, 2023 I contracted one of ***'s authorized Shipping centers in Vancouver, Canada called SkyMart (***********, Vancouver, ** V6P 4A8) to ship a package to ******, **** for me. I filed the relevant paperwork and they charged me $252.08 CAD to render that delivery service. One week later I received notification from *** that the package was unable to be delivered due to the ** ******* despite SkyMart's assurances that the package would have no problems getting through. *** returned the package to me. I went to the SkyMart store to inform them what happened and their Accounting department contacted *** to process a refund.Last Friday (Aug 18) I received a call that the *** refund had been applied and that I would shortly hear back. This morning (Aug 24) I received an email with a Credit Note instead of the Refund requested. As SkyMart and *** were unable to render the service I paid for I am requesting a refund for the payment.As they are an Authorized *** partner I am requesting help in receiving the refund which *** issued them and which they are so far refusing to return to me. I thank you for your help with this and will provide any documentation necessary.Initial Complaint

I went to the shipping store on May 24, was trying to make a shipment oversea for my company, I filled the shipment information then I paid on credit card for $289.20. After I made payment I called my manager, my manger said the price was too high, cancel the shipment, it was only 2 minutes after I made the payment. My package was still on the table, in my original bag. So I told the cashier that my company decide not ship it. She called her manager, her manager ask if I would like to choose another cheaper way to ship it. I denied the offer. She said Ok, the refund will takes 5-7 business days. I'm ok with that. On June 3rd, she called me, ask if I want to get store credit instead of refund. I told her I only want to refund. Today she called me again, says if you want refund then they will have to take 20% as administrate fee. I am not agree with that, she said that is the final offer, you have to accept. Please help me with this. Thank you very much.Business response

Amount was fully refunded to customer long time ago.
