      pathetic service. Our covered washer had circuit issue, took 2 weeks to come, every communication is days lags, came and fixed, after few months problem recurred, and they don't take responsibility to fix again, as it's more than 30 days. Don't bother buying their service, get any handyman to do it.

      Good Afternoon, We're sorry to hear that your Washer is still experiencing concerns. We do see that a claim was processed when your warranty was in effect in December of 2023 and that you reached out to us again in July 0f 2024 with your current issue. Since your warranty plan has been expired as of May 2024 and the prior repair is from late December (finalized early January) we regret that we have to say that there is no warranty active here to support a current concern.       We have been having the most atrocious experience from IA dealer services. We bought our appliances from CAS appliances in 2021. Our in-warranty dishwasher has been out of service since November 2023, and these guys refuse to do anything about it. They sent a whirlpool technicians three times, but that didnt fix the dishwasher. They then said that they need a part which they need to order. That was back in April 2024. Its been 3 months now, and we are still waiting to hear back from them. Countless emails to them go unanswered. This is frustrating and horrible.

      over a year ago I purchased an array of appliances from CAS, investing over $23,000 in high-quality products for my home. Wanting to ensure the longevity of my purchases, I decided to opt for an extended warranty plan, shelling out an additional $1200 for what I believed would be reliable coverage and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience with their extended warranty service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.The issues began when my induction cooktop and oven started experiencing problems. Naturally, I turned to the warranty plan I had invested in, expecting a seamless process. However, dealing with the claims adjudicator, ************, has been a constant uphill battle. Despite numerous attempts to reach out through calls and emails, my concerns have fallen on deaf ears.*****'s consistent ignoring of my attempts to communicate has left me feeling not only ignored but also betrayed as a loyal customer. The whole purpose of investing in an extended warranty was to have a reliable safety net in case of appliance malfunctions. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness and assistance from the claims adjudicator has left me questioning the value of the warranty I paid a substantial amount for.I strongly advise against purchasing an extended warranty from CAS based on my personal experience. There are undoubtedly other companies out there with better customer ********************** and a more reliable claims process. It is disheartening to invest so much in both appliances and an extended warranty, only to be met with such a disappointing level of service.In conclusion, if you are considering an extended warranty for your appliances, I urge you to explore alternative options and find a company that values its customers and stands by its commitment to providing reliable service when needed.

      Absolute worst customer service out there. If you are buying appliances and the extended warranty is with this company, then re-consider your purchase. We have been out a refrigerator since Oct 25 and the service guy came to fix it and the fridge stopped working after an hour. Their call centre does not know how to do their job. When you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, they are conveniently never available. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

      Worst service and customer care basically it nightmare.Put claim for water ***** on June . And sticky buttons. The fix the leaks and change the control board it did not work. Called the repair company the will not come and check it.Put another claim techinican came to assess and his recommendation either to replace the fridge or fix it. AI service plan decided to fix it.Still waiting on the parts.Multiple attempts to call and dozens of email . Absolutely no response.If the zero is choice I will give them zero.Start my claim in June the fridge not fixed yet.

      I had bough a fridge from CAS about 2 years ago with additional extended warranty which cost $258. I made daily calls over the past week for the iA to come fix my fridge, my food all ended up in the garbage wasted. They told me it would take 48 hours, then changed it to 72 hours, my son had to contact ** directly and paid $350 approx. so the service guy would come out and replace the compressor. They said they use 3rd parties. the 3rd parties take on the warranty clients at their convenience. Apparently every time I called they said they escalated it to a rush ticket, to date I have not yet received any call from any service technician. This is a fraudulent company because the warranty means totally nothing when they don't have repair personnel to come out and repair the warranted items. What are we paying into? They're scamming the public. Other than the receipt indication on our purchase, we were provided no terms of this fraudulent 4 year warranty. They need to reimburse the money for the extended warranty and to give me back the money i had to pay to get my fridge fixed.

      They tell me a repair team will contact me within 72 hours. 10 days later nothing. I phoned them and email them again and again. They don't respond to my inquiry of when *************** will contact me. There is no escalation protocol in place. Why do they even give you a fake promise of 72 hours when they have no intent on following through with that or let you get the repair done using other repair companies and reimburse you for the cost. Lets see if they will reimburse me for the food loss if i can ever get my fridge fixed.Given the option to buy an extended warranty from this company, my answer will be no from now on.

      The contact process is simple via the internet. The follow-up and repair in not simple. First repair responder arrive within a few days to repair our fridge but could not identify the problem of loud noises when the compressor was running and way too much moisture in the fridge. So he thought replacing the fan might help? No follow-up from the service company or the iA Service Plan Company so we waited. Called to check up why no one was calling or working on replacing the fan - were told it was on back-order. Waited a few more weeks and reported a flooding/icing on the freezer floor (pull-out drawer freezer on the bottom). No response and no claim number assigned. SO, I got a second opinion from a another appliance repairman, who said "sounds like the drain the drain is plugged".SO, after making another phone call to the iA and raising a little polite sting, we got a call from the appliance repair shop assigned by **, who arrived a day later, parts and all. And of course he quickly saw all the water in the fridge. I told him about my second opinion and sure enough, the drain was frozen shut. He put the new fan in after defrosting the coil and de-icing everything around it and dryer the whole area. One hours work and a new fan so we are waiting to see if it works again. It only took from August 16/23 unto October 11/23! It's a pitifull state of repairs, eh what?

      3 months waiting for my refrigerator to be fixed. Technician attempted twice to fix it,didn't succeed. I Was promised to get new fridge and money for food loss.Empty promises. Nobody answers my phone anymore nor inform me by email.The case is crying for being reviewed.

      I had serveral issues with my fridge and dishwasher the last 2 years all of which were handled quickly and resolved. I have their coverage on my appliances and I’m happy I do as they all seem to have had an issue.
