Ordering through the too good to go app. Had a friend pick up an order and the establishment refused to give her the goods. Realized after that it was done wrong (it does not clearly state how it should be) and we got confused. The restaurant said we would have to get a refund through the app customer service and we left with nothing.Explained the situation and the customer service rep is refusing a refund so I was charged on my credit card for goods that were never received. I essentially just paid them for nothing.I just want my money back and then I will delete the app and never use the services again as they are a scam and cannot be trusted.Business response

Too Good To Go Canada Technology Ltd. (****) received a letter dated August 6, ******************************************** number. Thank you for reaching out. The issue has been resolved.The following actions took place:
- On July 24, 2024, the user reached out to **** Customer Experience team to request a refund.
- The **** assigned team member confirmed with the user that they did not follow the pick-up policy as set out in section 3.5 of the User Terms and Conditions located at ********************************************************************;
- The user still insisted on a refund and as a gesture of good faith **** informed the user on July 26, 2024 that they would receive a refund which proof is attached hereto.
- **** immediately processed the refund. You can find verification of the refund attached hereto.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had purchased a too good to go package from the the app on Dec 16th, the app said the food worth 18 dollars, and I paid $6.29 for it But when I got the bag, I found it is less than 18 dollars. I checked the price on the website, it is only $15.4 dollars. I tried to contact customer service, they said it is normal for the food to be less than the amount advertised on their website. And they even didn’t apologize for the less amount I received. They shouldn’t advertise this amount while they can’t make it!!
