              The envelope they issued was stated by the post office that it was a counterfeit stamp. When I tried to reach them by email no response. I then had to search for phone number and try several times to speak to an actual person. When I spoke with customer service they said were working on it and do not know when they can retrieve the package. This is a sensitive issue and should be taken seriously and with immediate resolution.

              They are the worst, they promise results in 1-2 business days and will reply to all your emails and concerns until you make the payment then theres no response and no DNA results. Im going into the second week since the samples arrived at the lab and still go no result, no response and no money back..If I get no response today. Im filing a lawsuit against them.
