            They would not honor their Gift Card because it was old. I went to use the gift card and the cashier advised me she could see the money on the card but her computer couldn't access it because it was an old card. She referred me to a gentleman who took the card into the back room and returned later to tell there was no money on the card. I explained we had purchased the card for my son who moved to Edmonton so he couldn't use it. He finally gave it back to us to be used. So sad as we had big supporter of the Gourmet Warehouse but never again

            I have now contacted the Gourmet Warehouse about this issue. I first spoke with the person who answered the phone as I wasn't given a contact person. They referred me to the manager and after a discussion with her on my experience she honored the gift card.
