I brought my Firearms to sell as consigment to Reliable Gun in 3227 Fraser St, Vancouver, BC V5V 4B8, Canada. January 7, 2022 I came as agreed that I will come for the payment. I was given options about the mode of payment and I specifically chose EMT (Email Money transfer). I believed it was an Email transfer and not phone transfer. I wrote it on a piece of paper, gave it to them and even wrote an email to send the money to my email address : ************************ 24 hours passed and I called Reliable Gun to check the status and mentioned that they transferred to an old phone number based on my 2017 profile. This is WITHOUT verifying the phone number registered if this is currently updated. And worst even after informing them to do EMT and NOT PHONE NUMBER TRANSFER and gave them my updated email address in two different times. I called Reliable to inform of the mistake. They REFUSED to cooperate by saying they can not make a refund. I dont have an access to that phone number as it belongs to my ******** ****. Clearly, my consumer rights has been violated. The money intended to for the sales will be used for my personal needs. I am formally complaining to BBB and demand Reliable Gun to full refund the payment to me via EMT or Cash Payment the soonest time possible.
