Person at the reception has no courtesy of customer handling. Always throwing their policies on the face of the customers. Our policies say this, our policies says that for small things which can be fixed with just a conversation they make it like i need to hire a lawyer to speak with them. Super negligent, rude and unprofessional behaviour by Front desk. The person who was responsible for the haircut directly disobeyed the style i asked her for. Screwed up my hair system. I just burned $500 for nothing. WORST. -5 is my actual rating.

Good morning ******,It was great speaking with you over the phone yesterday. I understand that your brother had referred you to us after working successfully with us for six years now. This was your third appointment with us, though in our discussion I'm happy to see we were able to come to the following conclusions:As you are currently working with a non-Pacific brand hair systems, we have noted that your supplier unfortunately hasn't kept consistency with sizing, which has resulted in your latest in your latest base size being too small. This affects how your technician approaches the cut, as if she were to cut anymore in the back/sides it would expose the base material. We were both able to agree that overall the haircut was blended and looked great, though as hair system wearers we understand that installing a new system can sometimes be a difficult transition until you get used to it. Unfortunately, you have had the experience of purchasing non-Pacific brand hair systems which are often coated in silicone, which leave your hair dry and tangled after washing, which creates frustration with styling. We agreed that making a transition to a Pacific brand hair system would allow for better sizing for the coverage that you need, higher quality hair and longer lasting - ultimately saving you more money every year. You mentioned at the end of the call you would book an appointment within the next week to book a subsequent appointment to discuss re-styling your non-Pacific brand hair system. As I mentioned, it's difficult for us to regulate these systems as they aren't our brand, though we will try our best to assist you with this.Talk to you soon,Fanta Pacific Team

As this is my first time coming to pacific hair the staff are very nice.I have only had this piece for 3 days.I do have to get the hair shorter. A lot of people did not know I had it on . Some did, and the comments I received were good.I do need it cut and my boss agrees it was too long, but shorter would look better. I also can't remember where it was parted. I'll find that out next week.The one thing I am not impressed with is the type of hairdryer I have to get and the price of it.The dryer better be made of gold for that price Cam
