I bought a sofa from Macalling staging &design on 3rd September. It’s a staging sofa. The merchant sent it to my home on September 4th, and only one week has passed since then, the sofa has been broken, and the skin on the surface has fallen off. The store says it's a leather sofa she bought in Canada, which I think is pretty clear it's not. No sofa for a week looks like this. Now the boss of the shop says that this sofa is staging sofa they are not responsible for their sale.I think this reason is unreasonable, even if the sofa on display should also have basic functions, should not be a waste. Merchants said that there are traces of sitting so it broken. But is not the sofa bought to sit? The sofa should be no trace after being sitting? Is this a normal sofa or a paper sofa?Business response

thank you very much for your letter, we have negotiated with the customer to resolve this matter, but I would like to make it clear that the customer is the purchase of our final sale goods, in principle, no refund or exchange, but we stood in the customer's point of view or finally agreed to the customer's request for a refund, the following is the customer to accept the outcome of the written documents,you can also check directly with this customer?
