This company doesn't even deserve a 1 / 5 review. The agent told my two foreign friends that the place would be in perfect condition when they moved in as it most certainly wasn't when one of the foreign friends went to inspect the place. My two foreign friends, put a down deposit on one of their coach suites. They were told they could move in at 1:00 p.m. on July 1. We made two trips back forth from a neighbouring city about 30 kilometres away using 3 cars to bring all their belongings. When the representative arrived, she said the previous tenant left the place in a mess, so they needed to hire "professional cleaners." She said to come back at 4:30. When we came back, we went in to inspect and found one of the "professional" cleaners using a swiffer mop to clean the cupboards. We found broken blinds, mildew everywhere around the windows and the bedroom blind was black with mildew. The walls needed painting and carpet replaced. We didn't get to inspect the bathroom or the laundry machines or the oven nor fridge. This is because the "professional" cleaners had sloshed water all over the floor to make it impossible to go past them to check out the bathroom and other mentioned places. Our foreign friends gave them a long list 13 things to fix. After 1 week LGV emailed to come to inspect the place. There was a nice paint job, the stair carpet was clean. The windows were still full of mold or mildew. The bathroom and the washing machine had mold and mildew. The oven was filthy and two of the burners had the wrong sized trays under the burners, making it impossible for the burner to fit properly. The couple said they wanted their deposit back and they received an email from the company today saying they could get their deposit back. Because the place is not livable, this couple has been couch surfing for over one week and have all their belongings stored in our garage. This Laul Global Ventures is not a reputable company.

I rented an office space in ********* ** from this company and I believe anyone looking to rent from them should reconsider. We were happy with the space and gave the landlord no problems until late last year when when odors from the upstairs residential apartments started affecting our business. Communication with the landlord has been an endless round of the same replies that answer nothing, no resolution to the problem, and when we eventually had to relocate, the landlord was not willing to discuss an easement on the final month's rent, and ****** us for "repairs" for issues that were already existing. I am going to small claims court with this.
