Received order not requested. They claim I have a subscription and to get refund I must return and pay shipping. I told them I would ask for CC refund. They told me to go ahead and you will wait months to it! This sure seems to be a **** to "**** ******" claiming you authorized the yearly subscription! I will not do business with this company again. Apparently other customers have been told the same as me about the "yearly subscription" you signed up for without any proof!Tru Earth Response

We would never subscribe our customers without their consent.When it comes to dispute's, it can take 90 days for the investigation to be completed, which is why we let you know the timeline so you can make an informed decision. Another complaint about ***** and deceptive practices by this business. I'm sure you've seen the ads all over ********* and ********, you get targeted, then you sign up for a sample. What you don't know is you have inadvertently signed up for a subscription and to your surprise, you have a delivery (in an envelope that doesn't have a great label of WHERE it is coming from) and you open it and wonder "*** *** * *** *****". So you contact the company and they are ready for you because I'm sure they have thousands of these complaints. They have screenshots (highlighted in yellow by them) where they show you that you agreed to a subscription after so many days if you didn't cancel. So what's their response?? Sorry about that, I will cancel your order and send you a refund. No, they say "write return to sender on it, refuse the shipment then we'll send you a refund." What? Excuse me? What legitimate business has you do this? Well if you're like me and you open the package because it's barely clear where it came from other than the odor emitting from the envelope, then you're out of luck. They wont pay your shipping back because the envelope was opened. Terrible business model, terrible business practices. This feels like the ***** Columbia CD companies back in the day. Also, I'm pretty sure the **** would not like to hear about a company requesting people to just write "RTS" on the envelope so they don't have to pay return shipping. *****, *****, *****.Tru Earth Response

Honestly just avoid them and save yourself so much trouble, such a deceitful company. They trick you into yearly subscriptions that aren’t clear and come back to charge you without warning. What might look like a normal online purchase will end up being an annual ****. The site looks different now so probably enough people complained for them to actually care. And the best part is they won’t take a return because their policy is ridiculously short 7 days and you pay for your own shipping.Tru Earth Response

I tried some a few months ago. They didn't get my clothes clean enough so I quit using them after a few tries, went back ** ****. This afternoon I received a new pack. Apparently, they put me on subscription that I DID NOT want nor approve. It looks like this is their thing - putting you on a subscription that you didn't agree to and hope that you'll just give up and not fight the charge. Well, you guys tried to **** the wrong guy. I'll be contacting my bank if you do not immediately refund me. I have tons of spare time and will go to the Arizona Attorney General if need be. I'm **** * who cancelled his unapproved subscription on 9/15/22.Tru Earth Response

Terrible service. Watch out for subscriptions they magically put you on. I saw the charge on my CC and tried to cancel the same day the charge went through. They said it shipped and could not be canceled. No notice of the shipment. They told me I could return to sender. The post office said I could not. Asked for a return label, they refused to provide one. I still had product so I definitely didn't want more. Back and forth 7 responses with no resolution to date. I'm looking for a full refund. They can have their product back, but I'm not paying for something I didn't ask for in the first place. You've lost a customer.Tru Earth Response

I received a package that I didn't order. They said I had subscribed but that is untrue. I bought one, stopped using it as I hated the strong scent. Then a few months later, another package arrives that I have been charged for. When I wrote to them they said I had subscribed. Not true. This is a ****. But they won't refund my money. I can go to the post office to return it but it's frankly not for me to have to do that when they have made the mistake - or perhaps not a mistake - ***** ** *** ***********...knowing people are not going to go through the hassle of returning. Initially ordered a sample pack, received within 5 business days and a great product. However the distribution model and customer service is lacking. The company doesn't guarantee shipping until 30 days has passed, in my opinion way too long for laundry detergent. I ***** ******* ******** ******** *** have never encountered a company so unresponsive to a customer complaint. They offer a refund or re-shipping after 30 days, but that is not good enough to keep me as a customer. It is a shame that a company with a good product cannot hold on to their customers, due to out dated customer care models. I'm confident, I will not be the only one.Tru Earth Response

I ordered it on September 2021 and now January 2022 and i still did not receive! I contacted them and they re-routed the order but still waiting! That sounds not really normal! I changed maybe 3 bottles of liquid detergant! I think they already lost 1 more customer.Tru Earth Response

I placed an order for laundry detergent strips on November 28, 2021. It's December 30 now, and I still haven't received my order. I emailed the company and was told that ****** **** is delayed due to BCs weather crisis which I understand; however, our household has placed many orders with local businesses coming up to Christmas, and all of them arrived with in days of ordering. I've ordered the product before, and we really were happy. However, customer service is lacking in this case. TRU Earth is very actively advertising on social media; the ads imply that product is ready to be sent and delivered. If delivery time will be over a month, then that should be stated on the website prior to ordering.Tru Earth Response

In all honesty I have not tried your products out but have heard so much about them. I do laundry constantly as I have two young kids and would love for their laundry to smell great and look fresh and clean!Tru Earth Response
