      The technician arrived when he said he would and did a great job finding the issue with my washer. I really appreciate he recommended not doing the repair because it would cost more than a new machine. You rarely have technician's be that host with you. I'll use this service again if needed

      The service man, ****, did the installation of a new seal for laundry washer & was in fact so difficult to make an appointment with. He was inconsiderate of people's time (reason we agree to an appointment). He doesn't like to work after 3 PM apparently because the weather is too hot for him. After 4 pm is cooler than 1 - 3 PM. And the office had informed me later that they do have appointments even at 5 PM - it was just what he wants.We are working too and so far I have had tradesmen come before at my place and everyone will try to work the time where both parties are in agreement.The laundry door that he had undone to do the job - he did not want to put back. Said it was NOT his job. Asked him to put it back and reluctantly did & he put it in the wrong way and when asked to redo it was so impatient and complaining it is "difficult" and that is never his job to do. Door was never put back and he touched the other door which did not need to be touched at all as he did need to undo it. We now can't close the door. He also yanked the slider of the bi-folding door ruining it hence it needs replacement. When a guest comes, the laundry door (at the entrance of the unit) - is not closing; not flush. I have tried to voice my concern right after and they asked the same repairman to contact me instead of dealing with the complaint by another person. Why would the same person suddenly want to do what he did not want to do in the first place? I followed up and spoke with ***** and she was ignoring my complaint and insisted that she update me and said she has to escalate to her MANAGER. That was the 24th July. MORE THAN A WEEK PAST. That was the 4th time I was following up. i just sent an email again today - my 5th follow up. I have canvassed for a handyman and they all have a quote about $500 or more depending on how the job will turn out when they do it. WHY WOULD I HAVE TO INCUR AN EXPENSE DUE TO THIS BUSINESS' INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM? Beware

      The lovely technician arrived early after phoning and texting his arrival, found and fixed the problem. He explained things clearly to me and told me what to look for in the future and the shut both the water off and the power off to the dishwasher if anything happened. Highly professional. Recommended!

      The tech gave me to possible problems. Turned out to be a cracked hose. Said it would cost $400 to change out the hose. I bought a hose for $24.00 and changed it in less then 4 min. It was great he gave me the possible problem but cost way to much to change out a hose that can be accessed from the bottom of my GE Adora washer.

      The technician who arrived was punctual, and appeared knowledgeable about the probable cause of the problem with our dryer. The likely culprit was with a circuit board in the appliance. Although a replacement for this circuit board may be required, the technician, *************************, managed to get the appliance operating again, without replacing the circuit board. Whether this repair will be long term or not, remains to be seen, but as of the time of this writing, I was satisfied with the work performed and would recommend APPLIANCE SPECALIST!

      I needed a replacement of the infinite heat switch for my electric stove. The front left burner ring was stuck on high heat all the time. The phone call and booking of the appointment with ***** was a smooth process.***** called before-hand and showed up within the 11am-2pm window which was booked. ***** was professional, personable and friendly. He did the initial assessment and informed me that the part needed to be ordered. He took the credit card deposit payment and sent a receipt immediately. Two hours later, he called back to say that he managed to get a spare part in ******* and was willing to come back to complete the repair. He returned, completed the job in quick time and got my stove working again.Thank you Maple Leaf team for the great service ! I look forward to using your services again.

      Outstanding service! Knowledgeable, professional technician, who not only fixed the problem fast, but also explained in detail why and how this happened and the best way to care for appliance so it will last.
