I entered a Cannabismo Contest through Cannabismo ******* account on October of 2023. The prize was a $100 ****** gift card. They emailed me that I won. I responded to accept the prize. I have been in contact with them for months trying to obtain the prize. When they finally agreed to honour the prize after many attempts and communication from me. They claim to have sent me a $50 ****** gift card through email. I never received this gift card through email, also it was supposed to be $100 not $50. I asked Cannabismo for the order number of the gift card they purchased so that I could contact ****** to investigate the gift card to identify why I did not receive it. Cannabismo will no longer reply to any of my requests. So, in conclusion I never received my prize. I am attaching the orginal contest post as well as the email they sent me when I won. I am also able to provide months of additional communication between us through ******* from Octomer 2023 - February 2024. They also offered to to credit me an additional $15 credit for my Cannabismo account for being deliquent on being able to fulfil this prize. I never received any credit to my Cannabismo account.
