I order some seeds a month ago from ******** lab seeds in *********. I'm in ******** so after a week I contacted them. Once I finally got through to somebody.They told me having a problem with their business but they would take care of me and put my stuff in the carrier and send it right out and call me the next day.I still haven't received my package over a month and they won't answer emails or phone calls. I'm concerned because their web pages still up so people can still order with them, and they are just taking the money and not delivering.Initial Complaint

This company has been given me the run around on an order I paid over $100 on for 2 months. Sending me bogus tracking numbers that dont work or that work but product has been delivered to a different city and province. Ive phoned no answer , when I email they do answer saying theyll ship another package and trackingthis has happened 4 times now, nothing shows up. Their website says theyre based out of *********, with all the glitz and glamour of a great product. Im beginning to wonder if this company is even legit. To all beware, Ive learned a valuable ****** always read reviews and do some research before you put out your credit card # Ive uploaded the latest tracking which was sent to a different province.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for 12 seeds from this company on February 11. I was told it would be shipped within 5 business days. I still havent received this purchase. I have sent several emails but have no success getting a response. I have called the number provided on the site but not getting any answer. Im at a loss as to where to turn. I would like the product or a refund on my payment.Initial Complaint

Seeds didn't germinate, was told that they would send replacement seeds but they never did. All attempts to contact this company have failed.
