I bought a mattress on March 23 April to ********************* owner of Mattress by appointment. The purchase was on the phone as I had already tried the mattress in twin size in the store about a week before. I bought it in double size. I was told repeatedly that it had 1 0 years of warranty. It was delivered the same Friday in the afternoon. I tried that night but unfortunately, I woke up with a pain I felt something like part of the coils was hurting one part of upper back in the left side. I never had any kind of issue with this. I went to see the doctor. She noticed that part of my back was very tight and thought it could be for the mattress.Next day on Friday 24, I contacted ***** to ask him to send me the warranty along with the invoice by email. I did not receive any answer. I texted him again on Monday 27. Finally, we talked on the phone. I explained the problems I have with the mattress, he said that he couldnt do anything just to send the warranty. I asked for his help to call manufacturers or whoever to solve the problem. I emphasized that it was not exactly about comfort! but it seemed that the mattress had some manufactured problems.Days passed and didnt get the warranty as he promised. I had to ask him again. Finally, on Monday April 3rd by email he provided a link and said that the warranty was only for 5 years! I asked for further explanation and specification of the mattress because I couldn't see the model in the website. Once again he ignored my concerns. I paid $410.00, supposedly a good deal for a good quality mattress. ********** that company that made the mattress does not have clear information in the web, neither address and telephone. To contact them is through a message in its website. I left a message about two weeks ago but until now there is no answer. Nonetheless, my complain is to Mattress by Appointment Vancouver. He did not deliver what he promised...
