    bought a new ****** on the phone made deal with 2 different salespeople and salesmanager we travel from Victoria to vancouver June 24, no salesmanager no saleman I phone he is in the building not answering, no dealer owner, first time in 65 yrs. buying new bikes. I sign read agreement of purchse 14 k a bit high new bikes are usually 7. 2022 ****** Heritage. finally my friend is riding out of parking lot an employee Jeff slips and said "290K not bad for a demo bike. Worse the bike is defective from abuse and damage caused by ****** **** ***** NOBODY who knows buys a demo bike. * *** ***** ******, "not a demo bike service tech breaking in" from a manager,I also paid $650 for pre-deliverey inspection,$395 for a document fee ** ****. Local dealers can't seem to find problem serious stuff I guess some time ago salesmanager from deely's was going to pick up bike up bike and fix it, All stories changed now the lying woman who did the docs claimed she told me it was a demo bike, they all walked me to thebike said it was ademo bike and iwas OK with that, ***** ** ******* ** ** ****** *********** * ** ** ***** **** * ** *** ***** ****. There is no email address to ****** Canada .I had a witness with me the entire time ** ****** **** ***** *******. when I told him what they did and are doing to me bike will not go to nuetral in heavy traffic I have to continually hold clutch in and out hand cramps have pull out of lineup.

    Do not support a business that doesn't support it's paying customers!Salesman ****** had me sit down at his desk so he could show me all the things that they did to the bike, "fully inspected and checked through" that was a bold faced lie!No brake lights, rusted corroded throttle cables, old rear brake pads on a new rotor, front brakes needed to be bled, 50% braking at best, oilpan leaking, shifter shaft seal leaking oil, clutch cable housing cracked and leaking oil, transmission was full of water turned oil to milkshake color and consistency, engine isolator bushings and stabilizer links worn out from the engine shaking so bad from the bent crankshaft, exhaust gasket leaking, incorrect belt tension too loose, signal lights were loose, mirrors were loose, fork seals leaking, big glob of silicone on the front brake stop switch so it functions.Brought all this to the salesmans attention and he stops talking to me. So I left a ****** review and he phones me within 2 hours to try and bribe me with a service kit (oil, filter and o-ring) if I remove the bad review. Tried calling the general manager directly to inform him that his salesman is lying to customers and selling bikes that are NOT ROADSAFE!... No answer, big surprise there. Do not shop at Trev Deeley!!!
