            On Dec 15, 2021, our office used the services of Smart Movers Langley (www.smartmoversbc.ca.) to move some filing boxes to our storage unit. We paid cash ($540.00) to avoid a 4% fee for using a credit card. We were assured (in writing) that we would receive an invoice after the move. I have requested the invoice five times by email and have spoken to 3 separate people at their number ************. To this date, we have still not received an invoice or have had no response to my last four emails.
