I bought the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder (VIN: *****************)at Southside Nissan on 27 Sep. 2022. This car was total loss in an accident by ICBC on 27 Nov. 2023.With the car purchase I also bought an Added Security Plan 84months (Agreement Number: U24530) which cost $2,971.50 inl tax, and an Avantaguard Road Hazard Protection 7years (Contract Number: AGR10010426) which cost $1539+ tax.For both of the plans, based on the purchase agreement, if the covered vehicle has been declared a total loss by ICBC, I should get a partial refund based on the unexpired months. And there are no claims during the period.Southside Nissan helped me to claimAvantaguard Road Hazard Protection, I have received $338.54, but I disagree with the amount, because it is not the correct partial value among $1539+tax, I contacted them but did not get a reasonable answer. For the Added Security Plan, Nissan Canada Finance told me they have sent the refund to Southside Nissan, but the Southside said they did not get it. I contacted them both many times to ask them to track where the money is, but no one answered me. It seems they all finished their job but I have not seen the money.I have been Nissan's customer for over 25 years, and have owned 5 Nissan cars, I always got good serviceas I paidmoneyto you. This is the first time you need to pay me back a little based on your policy, I had encountered such a difficult time and was so disappointed. Please do an investigation.

Summary: price discrepancy about 2k. No response. James T*** was help*** us to decide on the car. The car was originally $28,999 and after tax was about 33k. But our budget was $30k includ*** tax and we were talk*** about not do*** the loan. Then Jack Cao (GM) came to us because he was listen*** to our conversation, and suggested do*** the loan. Jack and James went to Jack’s office to decide the deal for us. When they came back to us, Jack offered about $31k includ*** tax if we do the loan. They wrote the price on the scape of paper and James explained to us if we pay $27k after the first payment of the loan, there would be no interest and we need to keep the loan at least 6 months. So we agreed and decided to pay the deposit and come back on the 6th. Since James was off, Keith(another saler) was help*** to take a photo of us with the car, but he did not involve any pric*** th***s since it was already done on Tuesday. After that, I signed all papers with the Business Manager without notic*** the vehicle price was the original price. On February 21 at 9:34 am I called James about that. He told me he would check with the business manager and call me back. After 2 days, NO call. So on the February 23 at 3pm, I called Nissan Customer Service, and they helped me to call James. They told me James has been busy with other customers and needs to consult with the business manager, so give him another couple of days. On February 24 at 9:26am, James called me and said “ I talked to the business manager and the paper looks correct. Total price is 37K because you added road hazard and warranty. I also talked to Jack and he remembers you guys as a Japanese couple and did the price adjustment. and because it was Friday, Keith did the final clos***.” After that, I emailed James with the attachment of the all pric*** that I signed and the vehicle price and explained and asked him “it looks like the original price. Do you see any changes in the vehicle price? “ but No response.
