I transferred ********* to Gambit Rewards, a ***** *******, valued at $500). Following that transfer Gambit Rewards pulled a **** *** ****** by not allowing users to remove their tokens and subsequently changed the site's conditions. I am seeking a return of my tokens to ********* as was done hundreds of times previously. For the sake of brevity I will leave it at that for now but I have plenty of supporting documentation I can add.

I was a longtime user of gambit for 4 years and they have deactivated my account on 2/19/24 and ***** all my money for no good reason. The issue first started on 12/26/23 when they changed the conversion rate from 1:1 to 100:1, resulting in my money only being worth 1% of its value, which is just wrong. They claim it is due to ************, which is a ***. It seems that they have ****** money from hundreds of ********* users who were using gambit. Gambit is not to be trusted. They have no heart and feel no remorse in the ***** that they have ********* against their loyal user base. I would like gambit to reactivate my account and to return my money with 1:1 play to prize conversion back.

I have been a gambit user for several years through its partnership with *********. In addition, I along with 7 other family members are **** and Busters account holders who also partners with Gambit rewards. On 12/26/2023, Gambit without warning reduced the value of its tokens by 99%, making $100 equal to $1. For two weeks, myself and many other Gambit users contacted their support with no response. One user finally contacted a ******************** employee on ******* who said they were unaware of the problem and to please direct message the details which is impossible to do on *******. On Friday, January 5, 2024 Gambit sent out a response saying that the conversion change was due to market conditions. Then on January 8, 2024, Gambit sent out an email claiming that all of its users were engaged in illicit and fraudulent activity and that is why the conversion rate was changed and they need to conduct an audit of all users accounts. For two months, myself and many other Gambit users who have $1000 of dollars in unplayed tokens and winnings stuck in Gambit contacted support and waited for a response. We received none. Then with no communication from Gambit, on February 19, 2024 they deactivated the account. They did this to every ********* user even people who had not used their account in over 2 years. Gambit has again provided no communication. I did absolutely nothing wrong and can prove it. Gambit has essentially stolen thousand of dollars from its users without any justification or communication. When all of this began, I asked for a refund on my unplayed tokens and Gambit support has also not responded to that request.

Hi! This is **** *****, a Gambit Rewards user with email: **********************. On December 26th, 2023. Gambit rewards suddenly changed the conversion rate of play tokens to prize tokens from 1:1 to 100:1, effectively reducing the value of everybody’s Gambit Rewards account balance by 99%. (a $100 winning will cash out for only $1 now). Now 99% of my money got ******. Last December before they altered the conversion rate, I purchased multiple gift cards worth a total of 80,000 Gambit play tokens through ************* and played the games on Gambit Rewards. When later I wanted to convert, one of my transactions was affected when I converted 38268 Gambit Rewards play tokens but only got 382 prize tokens worth 382 SB. They essentially took 38268-382 =37886 SB from me that is worth $378.86. Additionally, until today I still have 91600.98 unused play tokens left in my account that are worth $916.01. I attached the screenshots showing the 1% conversion rate and this 382 SB transaction on 30th last Dec. Screenshot also showed I still have 91600.98 play tokens left in my account. I sent several emails to Gambit Rewards customer support but only got a group replay from them on January 8th, 2024, stating that this was done due to users using **************** to ********** bets using ****** data and that they would restore the conversion rates of legitimate users. But until today my account still has not been restored. I never used any 3rd party API nor "***********" anything from your website before. I bet the games all by myself, including sometimes I did bet both sides to reduce the risks of losing all my points. The potential loss in my account is worth $378.86 (37886 prize tokens already lost) + $916.01 (91600.98 play tokens still in my account) = $1294.87. That is over a thousand dollars in value, so please reinstate my lost 37886 prize tokens and change the conversion rate back to normal rate 1:1 for me ASAP! Thank you and I am looking forward to your reply.

Gambit regularly shifts their policies on their own will, is extremely uncooperative on their emails and scammed me for all of my swagbucks which is valued at 100-$1, this is the way it is weighed on gambit too, but when I exchanged my play tokens back to swagbucks im only offered 12 cents for the **** tokens I had earned, not only is the company extremely suspicious with their scams they are also affiliated to many companies. I want a refund for all of the money they took and a settlement. I hope this inquiry can help future users be wary of Gambits illegal methods of business.

On 12/26/2023, there appeared to be an issue on the website where when converting play tokens to prize tokens, only 1% of the play tokens would be converted to prize tokens, and the rest would be taken away. I immediately contacted Gambit support to alert them of the issue. Today, Gambit support responded and said that this change was intentional. This is essentially like stealing 99% of my winnings, which is completely ridiculous. No legitimate sports book would do this.

I have been a long time user of ********************** thru swagbucks for three years. for three years the conversion rate of play tokens to prize tokens has been 1:1 On 12/26/23 I attempted to convert ****** play tokens into ****** prize tokens, which would then be converted to swagbucks, which was worth the equivalence of $524. However during the conversion, Gambit converted it at a rate of 100:1, turning my ***** play tokens into 524 prize tokens, or the equivalence of $5.24. - this is a discrepancy of over $520 that was taken from me with no notice, and it took GambitRewards a full 10 days to send me an email back saying conversion rates are "adjusted periodically to reflect current market conditions, as well as risk exposure". There is no market condition that would justify turning $1 into 1 cent, which is essentially what Gambit did here. It is also not affecting all users either as some have reported that they are still able to convert at a 1:1 rate. I am demanding further explanation of what justification there is to reducing the value of my tokens to 1% of what it was the day before, and I desire to have my funds returned to my account.

For the past year I have been using GambitRewards. This site allows you to buy tokens to play games. ****** tokens cost $400 USD. After playing the tokens you can convert them to cash them in. The conversion rate was 1:1. ****** play tokens converted to ****** prize tokens. The prize tokens could then be converted to cash, gift cards, or Swagbucks. ****** tokens roughly equaled $400. On December 27, 2023, I converted ****** play tokens to prize tokens in anticipation of cashing out. Instead of receiving ****** prize tokens I only received 381. This means instead of having the equivalent of $381 I only received $3.81. They stole $377.55 USD. I have emailed their support a number of times as well as contacted them on ******** I have not received a response. I am not the only person experiencing this egregious problem.

I put my hard earned money in there. Out of no where, my input money convert ratio was changed.I put in close to 800 dollars and now its worth around 8 dollars. The rate suddenly changed, I am not talking about the rate of the games but rather the token redemption system. When I put in the 800 dollars in, they said it is 1 to 1 ratio. Then out of no where, they changed it to 1:100 ratio meaning my 800 dollars turned to 8

A few days ago, around 1/1, they defrauded me of $750. They provide services where you can ****** using "play tokens". You then convert them to "prize tokens" before cashing them out to other promotional sites for prizes. 1 play token or 1 prize token had a value of 1 cent, and it has been that way for years. On the date above, they changed the conversion rate from play tokens to prize tokens without any warning, to a ratio of 100 to one. Many customers like myself did not notice and immediately lost 99% of our funds. I have contacted them regarding this error and they deny any wrongdoing with a ******** excuse.
