      Ordered Rx 4/11/24 and paid $94.95 by e-check."ship date" 5/10/24-Rx shows to have "shipped," but in reality the shipping label was created and nothing ever shipped, at least not within the ***Was told we would have to wait 60 days after ship date to request a refund.7/12/24-requested refund both by email and by phone.Have been told by chat and by email that the refund would be put in and then by phone from a supervisor (***?) that the refund would be issued within the next week.7/26/24-call and no answer. Left a message on 7/25/24. No call back. Get on live chat and *** tells us "the refund was sent but we received no reply yet." Was told the refund request had been submitted on 6/23/24. Sorry, tired of excuses. It's also been 2 weeks since having talked to *** on phone and told that refund should be in our account within the following week.Do not take your chances with this pharmacy as you may or may not get your Rx and then fight for months to get your money back. We are still waiting on a refund.

      I submitted and paid for an order of medication from this business and have received confirmation of such, however they have yet to ship the order. The order number is: 115157.They do not answer my phone calls or respond to the messages left. They also do not respond to any of my emails. They totally misrepresented themselves and the information provided inducing me to order from them.

      Dear ********. It is false that you said that we did not respond to any of your emails. We responded on several occasions: on May 17, 20, 24, 29, and today June 6. You placed your order on May 16, and 2 days later we processed the order and sent you the payment request. We only received the payment on May 25th, and we sent the order to our overseas pharmacy on May 27th. The order was then put on hold, as you had requested a photo of the medicines from our Canadian pharmacy, which took over a week to acquire from them, and on June 6 we forwarded that photo to you. So now that you have requested to cancel the order and get a refund. This is to confirm that we have voided your payment, and it has not been charged to your bank. Sincerely, CPD Management.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The response provided by ********************* to complaint ID ******** is entirely inaccurate.  I placed an order for a brand name medication sourced from ***** on May 16th. The Order Number is ****** and it was NEVER filled even though I was given misinformation continuously about it being processed and shipped by the Canadian Prescription Drugstore representatives day after day until they stopped taking and responding to all phone calls and emails.  Exactly 15 emails were sent to this business, but I stopped receiving responses regarding my constant requests for confirmation of the shipment of my order # ******.  I would estimate I left approximately the same number of phone messages as well since they dont answer their phones either.

      **************** should not be responding with such inaccurate information without knowing any of the facts which he is clearly intentionally misstating.  The facts are quite different as I was also inquiring about another medication which was sourced from ****** and is the one **************** is incorrectly referring to. I never ordered that medication and its different than the medication I ordered on May 16th.

      Days after I submitted Order # ******, I inquired about another medication which is what **************** is referring to.  He is either confusing the two very different situations or intentionally misstating the facts to get this case closed.  I never ordered the 2nd medication which he's referring to because the Canadian Prescription Drugstore representative named ***** misstated to me that the medication was in stock even though it was not, and it was incorrectly labeled with the wrong Manufacturers name on their web site.  This prompted my concern that they actually had the correct medication available.  When this was brought to Wendys attention, their web site was quickly corrected to reflect the correct Manufacturers name.

      However, ***** could NOT confirm that the medication I was inquiring about was actually in stock, so she offered to provide a picture of the packaging of the medication as proof.  She told me it would take 24 hours to provide, but it took over 10 days for her to send.  This has nothing to do with order # ****** which I continued to wait for confirmation that my order had shipped.

      Order # ****** NEVER shipped and on June 6th, ***** provided an incorrect picture of the other medication that I had inquired about which is what **************** is referring to as my order.  He is totally wrong and couldnt be further from the truth. 

      At this point, since it had been 21 days since I placed my order and ***** s incompetence was trying my patience, I lost all confidence the Canadian Prescription Drugstore pharmacy.  On June 6th, 21 days after submitting my order, (since it still had not shipped) I requested that Canadian Prescription Drugstore cancel my order and have their payment processor named cardlesspaytech.com provide a full refund.  Canadian Prescription Drugstore is a dysfunctional company, run by incompetent people like ***** and *********************.  My complaint has not been resolved as I want proof my refund has been processed. 

      Attached, please find my receipts for payment for Order # ******.  I have not been credited back as stated in Mr. ******* ridiculous response.  Thank you.

      As I have stated in my previous email, we are not debating whether the order was shipped or not. We were able to stop the order from shipping as per the customer's request. Then when they asked for a refund, we verified and were able to VOID the payment that they made BEFORE the amount was taken from their bank account. So we believe that no money was taken from their bank account. If the customer can provide proof that the payment was deducted from their bank account, we will issue a refund. If not, this issue can be considered resolved.

      I am rejecting this response.  I already provided proof twice that payment was made.  First it was *****, then ********************* and now an unnamed individual in management. You become more un-credible with every response.  If you all spent as much effort fulfilling orders properly as you do giving misinformation and quickly responding to complaints, you might be a reputable Canadian pharmacy.  You are unethical so I have forwarded a dispute onto Cardless Paytech and I've filed a complaint with NAPRA, MedEffect Canada and C*** I should have read the reviews on Trustpilot before purchasing anything from Canadian Prescription Drugstore.

      I ordered 3 medications on March 24/2023 as per below and they charged full amount $ ****** for this order BUT they also charged an additional $ ***** for the *******.(billed twice):******* ********** 18MCG ********* ******** *** 100MCG (90MCG) 200 DOSES 3 ******* 5MG TABLET 168 (BRAND FROM ******) I have received the ******* ( value $ *****) but nothing otherwise and I am getting no response to refund the $ ***** charged twice plus I am missing 2 medications since March and getting no response for an update or ANY response.Kindly intervene.Thank you,regards *******************

      12/30/2022 - I ordered medicine (*********) online from Canadian Prescription Drugstore (www.canadianprescriptiondrugstore.com). 01/03/2023 - I requested that the order be cancelled. 01/08/2023 - 5 days later, drugstore withdrew $109 from my bank account, without my consent. 01/13/2023 - 5 days after that, drugstore cancelled the order. Since then I have emailed them several times, called several times and left messages, yet they have never responded. It appears that they intend to keep the $109 and ignore me.

      Order was placed on 11/15 today 12/12 the order STATUS still does not indicated shipped was told worder would be shipped when placed EVEN before payment would be processed - payment info had to be via E-check - routing and account number was provided I finally received notice from "cardlesspaytech.com" on 12/9 - (not from the pharmacy) that payment has been processed - well over 3 weeks since order was placed and checking info was given basically - no return calls, not status updates, no when it will be shipped, no return of emails and nobody answers the phone on 3 different attempts. - originally on 11/15 was promised a 4-6 week delivery.

      We received your order on Nov 16, but the Rx came in on Nov 22, so that is the effective start date of your order. 

      The payment was effected on Dec 9th and the order shipped on Dec 17th. An Email confirmation of your shipped date was sent to you with the tracking number. 

      Perhaps you did not get it because the email went to your spam box. Please check it to verify.

      The tracking shows that the order was delivered on Jan 3, for a delivery time of 42 days, which is within the 4-6 weeks delivery time expected. 

      I do apologize for the the lack of communication, we have been short staffed recently, but that will be resolved for your future orders.
