Scotia pardons was hired to do a waiver and never followed it out and never kept me informed refunded or anything now I can't find them but apparently a different name across the street of old office I would like to see this completed or a refund would be niceInitial Complaint

I gave this company over 2000 dollars to process my waiver and they delayed about the entire process then when COVID hit they disappeared. I haver reached out to them and even gone to the Vancouver location ( which by the way is only a mailbox) and got nowhere. I got a stupid email saying that they cared about us and that they were going to get back to us blah blah blah. I'm beyond pissed about this because how has extra money to los. NOT ME. what are the options?? I had paid for both record suspension and US waiver. I received documents stating there’ these would be completed and filed for me. I followed through with all steps and almost $1500 in payments. I received my US Waiver application package filled out but told I had to submit the application myself to the border patrol. I have been attempting to contact them with no avail they passed 6 months because the time frame they told me I needed for my record suspension to pass. I keep trying to contact them to get my records suspended but no one is returning my correspondenceInitial Complaint

Look like the business might be close cause the website and phone number are not working anymore And i had a process started paid and now got no way to contact them look like my money lost now
