Like many on this page, Indigo Parking are like vultures. I paid for parking and, admittedly, was a handful of minutes late (less than 10) due to getting stuck in a check-out line. A $65 dollar ticket seems excessive for that. I had paid to park. I gave them money for parking. That seems like maybe a ticket for someone who didn't pay at all, but they do not make that differentiation, nor do they seem to give some buffer time. I did not have their app (nor did I want to try and download it and give it my credit card, etc. in the parking garage when I arrived). That lot the last time I went used to be ticket entry and you didn't have to worry because you inserted the ticket at the end and paid for the time there. So, in a shopping plaza, where timing can be tricky due to lines, you could relax with the old system. So, just a warning, while technically it is my fault, this company has not compassion and gives outrageous tickets fees for a very short period of time overparked. This brings perspective to another time when I parked in a lot of theirs in a different building. When I came back down (my parking was good thankfully) the indigo "police" were sitting and waiting by another car as if to get it as soon as the time expired. I can't say for sure, but I do wonder given my experience now. My advice- avoid this company. Park in a different lot not owned by them. Sure it is a business, but the risk of an excessive ticket price when you already paid them money to park because you are few minutes late does not make for a company I want to support. Having to pay for parking everywhere already is a burden in these tough times and then to arrive to unsympathetic EXCESSIVE overparked ticket prices, is no bueno.Indigo Park Canada Inc.

We were having our **** appointment, so we parked our car in parking and took a ticket for 1 hour. But when we return there was a ticket of 65 dollar. We were just few minutes late.We didnt have cell phones , neither watches and it was our first visit so we didnt know how much time it would take. Neither there was no parking meter available nearby embassy. Indigo park canada gave us ticket if 65 dollar without any reason. They are not ready to understand your situation.Very bad and not now they are not replying disputes messages.Indigo Park Canada Inc.

Terrible company. I parked and paid using their on site payment machine. It requires entering a plate number which I did, I paid for 2hr and within **************************************************************************** was expired. I returned with nearly 40 minutes left to the expiry time. They have no phone number, only an email which to issue dispute. If you do find a phone number, nobody answers, the promoter just tells you they are overwhelmed with calls and are not taking any more calls.Worst company, I would give them a 0 star rating if I could.Indigo Park Canada Inc.

Indigo parking is not a decent company in Canada. The service provided is more likely focused on robbing its customers instead of providing ********************** service. I do not recommend Indigo parking otherwise you cant find any other parking. On December 19, 2024, we had a company Christmas party in 5 ***************** We parked our car there at 6:58pm. The parking lot doesnt accept Pay by Phone APP, and we dont have Indigo Parking APP. We scanned the ** code on the wall, the parking price is weird wording, we selected pay by hour and selected paying till 10:30pm at $9.49. Actually $9.49 is valid until 6am to the following morning. The wording says to 6am from 6pm instead of from 6pm to 6am. Its confusing. Our party ended 10:20pm but we took different elevator to the parking lot and we got to the wrong parking level, it took me more time to find our car. When we get there, the lady just printed the ticket on 10:58pm. I explained to her and she told me to write email to office to void the ticket. I trusted her and I believed the office will void it as we did pay valid $, not even mention it was Christmas ******* my surprise, I emailed the office with all the receipts and explained everything to them. After 3 emails back and forth, the customer *** just ***lied very cold with We want to emphasize that your vehicle was parked in a private parking facility which requires adherence to our parking regulations. As these terms were not followed, the parking notice remains valid and cannot be cancelled.I have very sad feelings about Indigo parking with how it treated its customers, especially the customer who did pay the sufficient fee during Holiday season. Scam. 550 ******. Only accepts one form of payment which is obviously non-functional. Obviously a trap to get more money from "violations." I am not paying my parking ticket! After discovering that parking had changed at the doctor's office, I needed to create a login and register. The directions on the app were somewhat confusing to follow. I entered my name, my vehicle information as well as my credit card information. I then (what I thought) approved one hour of parking in the proper lot number that was on the sign. After the appointment, I returned to my vehicle and found a parking violation on the vehicle. I called Indigo immediately. They did reduce the fine but wouldn't budge after that. The customer service from the phone call was satisfactory, however, the response from the email requesting that a reconsideration be made was met with demands of the violation to be paid or third-party collections kick in. Apparently, it is not their problem if their program is unclear.Indigo Park Canada Inc.

They are scamming people. The timing at vancouver lot 241 is incorrect. When it is 2 PM, there parking lot machine shows as 1:55 PM. So, lets say you book at 2 PM for 1 hr, the slip will show the parking time from 1:55 to 2:55. You basically get 5 min less. Imagine they do it everyday for multiple parking spaces. What a CROOKED SCAM! At the biggest airport in Canada, (YYZ / GTAA), Indigo Park is fining drivers for stationing on the shoulder of the road leading to the airport! Not parking! Stationing! Like it's their own private property!First of all, the land is Indigenous! It has been borrowed by the city of *********** from the federal government, for use. In order to protect their insane revenue for parking at the airport, Indigo secured a deal with whomever, to be able to enforce parking regulations on the roads leading to the airport. Based on a picture of the license plate, they can't prove who was the driver and who was the witness. That's what I've learned on my way to get clarity about this issue, and I share it with you for Action:"Only parking tickets given by a police officer or by-law officer are the only enforceable parking tickets. Such tickets would have the city's official logo on the top, as well as the name and badge number of whomever wrote the ticket.""In terms of any ticket given by a non-city official, you don't have to pay it and they have zero repercussions. This includes parking tickets from paid parking lots or the ticket you posted a picture of. These companies will often try to threaten you with collections agencies or lawsuits, but they cannot do anything against you financially or legally. ******************* do not take on private parking tickets and it will not show up on your credit report."Also, Indigo claims the Government Property Traffic Act: (1) No person shall (a) park a vehicle outside a parking area. As long as you are inside the vehicle, you're Stationing! Possibly for safety reasons!(b) stop a vehicle outside a parking area in order to load / unload persons or goods. Kidding me? You are 1 km away from the airport!(2) No person shall park or stop a vehicle in a manner that obstructs traffic. For Goodness sake, you are on the shoulder! This is a horrible service, their driver issues tickets within a few minutes of leaving your card in a lot, they require a one month notice of for a monthly subscription and would not rebate for unused days, their customer representative rude on the phone when trying to get points across, try to stay away from their parking lot! Their machines are down a lot..their web page to purchase money parking has never worked..very slow replies to issues when emailed. And restrictive parking rules..in particular you can not buy monthly parking and park..they have a parking lot at a ****** that you can not park in the same spot for more.than 3 days..so how do you go away for a week on a yacht?Very strange to me..I dont understand these guys on why their system is so broken.Indigo Park Canada Inc.
