This payment solutions company will ***** your money claiming transaction fees, when they're the ones facilitating the payment processing. I had a transaction that was overpaid in *******, and they are refusing the refund the overpayment. They are KEEPING the extra money paid. Saying I'm out of luck. Not even ****, **********, or ******** ******* would do this. Absolutely insanity.Initial Complaint

On December 9th at 9:21 PM UTC, transaction ************************** was initiated with CoinPayments.net. As per the payment gateway requirements, I was to submit 5298.323832 USDC within 4 hours. This payment was towards hosting of mining equipment at ******* ******. I submitted this payment at 09:52 PM UTC, from my ******** account. **** for this payment is ****************************************************************** (******************************************************************************************) and it was confirmed within 30 sec. As Coinpayments website did not confirm receipt of funds even after an hour, I created a support ticket with their support team with **** of payment. A support team member, responded at 12:05 AM UTC as follows: "********* ************ ** *** *********** *** **** ****** ********** ********* ***** ** ***** ****** **** **** ******* ****** ****** ** *** ****** ** **** ** ** ******** * *** ** ************ ** *** **** *****" CoinPayments website timed out at 1:35 AM UTC stating that the funds were not received. Then at 2:42 AM UTC, CoinPayments sent an email stating that funds were received and I need to claim refund of these funds as the fund remittance was not confirmed in time. I followed up with CoinPayments again and contacted ******* ****** as suggested by CoinPayments to request reopening the invoice so that payment can be submitted but ******* ****** has not responded even after 7 days. Then, on December 17th, I sent 0.02 ether ($78) to CoinPayments via ** ****************************************************************** (******************************************************************************************) to get my USDC funds back from CoinPayments. Due to no fault of mine, I had to pay $84.59 (cost of 0.02 ***** + transaction cost) to get my funds back from CoinPayments. Also, I had to incur transaction fees of $5.35 to send 5298.323832 USDC to CoinPayment.
