I would like to put in a complaint about a Business that is online. The business owner is Zac K****** ************** and his online business is Project Transform X. The email address for there is *************************** and the website for his business is ****************************** My complaint about this business is that I signed up for a 6 month training and coaching program to lose weight. It was $380 per month coming off my credit card. This was full online, I never met these people, and it was all done through their app, ***** *** and ** ******* *** tracking food app. Zac set me up with a trainer named Emma stating she would be a good fit to train me. I started this program Dec 2,2021 and was supposed to go to end of May 2022. May 2,2022 being my last payment. Well I was working out so much in dec and Jan and Emma tracks my food with ** ******* *** that gets hooked up to their app. So I asked her to come up with a meal plan for me, she said what I was eating according to the app looked good, no need to change things. Emma also told me in Feb that I was one of the hardest working clients she had ever had. Weight still wasn’t coming off, so Emma told me my body was under stress and for feb we would cut my workouts down and even cut my calorie intake down but still not guiding me as to what to actually eat in a day. Then march and half of April go by, still no weight loss and Emma barely contacts me now, just a once a week message and a thumbs up when I do a workout. When I emailed Zac the owner to state I am quitting the program and to tell him to call me so I can explain why.Zac calls me and I explain my reasoning which is I haven’t lost any weight, and for this kind of money. He tells me sure no problem I can leave the program and all I have to do is pay half of next months. I said no, you aren’t getting any money from me,and I think you should refund me two months of my program as your program doesn’t work, and he said it is my hormones. He's no Dr.
