Date of 2 grooming appointments: July 26 and July 27 I sent my 2 dogs to this salon for a grooming appointment. The first dog was charged a dematting fee, and instead of dematting her, they decided to just simply shave off her entire front 2 legs. The second dog was completely umatted, as I actually spent almost 2 hours the night before removing any mats that he may have had (and I have witnesses to prove this). When I brought the dog in, I specifically told Jenn (the owner) NOT to shave him or cut his hair short. She specifically told me that they would "CALL ahead of time if they do anything like that." When I picked the dog up, his beard is chopped off; his fur and skirt is basically non-existent. Jenn even acknowledged on our call that they "cut it a lot shorter than they normally do."
