*** *** ********* They added and charged me for items that I didn't request. And they delivered my order to the wrong address!! I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. Their "customer support" is elusive *** **********!!!

They are an imposter for Best Friends by ***** dog beds which are way better quality. Returns are a hassle and instruct you to return it to *****. Good luck with that.!!! If I could give no stars I would. Wish I read others reviews before I bought anything from them. I thought they were Best Friends by *****. Total scam and should be taken off the internet.

Not even a 1 star!Mr Fluffy Friend is a scam! Dont buy any products from them! I purchased a dog bed that was never shipped! **************** kept saying they would check with their logistics department and get back to me. They gave me a bogus tracking number that never worked! And never credited my account! They advertise on social media and have scammed many people!!

I ordered two beds on December 3 2023 for over $170.00. I immediately received a suspicious email stating there would be a delay of 7-21 days “due to holidays.” I emailed them on December 5 and received a vague reply several days later. Since then, I realized there is no company phone number or physical address. The company is clearly a **** and I am contacting my credit card company though fear any recourse is too late. I am reaching out in hope that BBB can warn others because the company is clearly a ****. For others, please don’t fall for this. I should have known better and almost $200 hard earned dollars later, I just want to make sure this does not happen to others.

Mr fluffy dog beds took my money and never shipped , I email they and they give me ***** info and will not refund my money.

BUYER BEWARE..... February 2023 . PLEASE do something. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down and under an investigation I received a dog bed that had a horrific chemical odor and the bed didn't even have a bottom to it as they show in advertisements. This bed cost $83.00. Requested return label and was told to wash it, which I did not and had to seal in a bag because the odor was so unbearable and my dog was smart enough to not want to go near it either. When requested a full refund a third time was told it would have to go under review. Then I was told I would have to return it to ***** and that cost was over $200.00 yet it was delivered from an address below: I saved for proof. This complaint would only go thru because you have to give a star rating. It doesn't even deserve a star, its deserves a red alert to warn buyers. **** **************************************************************************** Yet my credit card was charge a Foreign Cur. Con. Fee The good reviews they show have to be fraudulent and made up. Please investigate further, I am still trying to receive my refund and keep being told to send to ***** and if item has been washed or not received in 7 days no refund. It's already been 3 weeks yet never received a return label or honored a return. Sincerely,*********************

I did not want to click a star at all. It was 2 months late arriving to me. My pets bed is flat. They won't reimburse me. Don't buy it. Over priced understaffed. Slow turtle service. I'm San Kil.

Wouldn’t even give them one star! **** * ********** ******** DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Save your time *** ******. I ordered a bed for my dog. My mom wanted it since it's more her dog. They do not give different shipping rates/days. My dog passed unexpectedly before the bed even shipped. I cancelled my order before the bed even shipped. There was nothing they could do for me. So I finally got the bed. It was packaged in a ridiculous fashion, no padding, etc. Just balled up and wrapped in a piece of plastic. It was not comfortable or anything I'd want my dog in. They made me pay to ship it back and wouldn't even include a shipping label and I had to request what address I was sending it back to, since their address wasn't on my package. I had to fill out a long customs paper and had to keep getting in line at the post office since I had no idea how to fill out the customs paper. Since the bed comes from CHINA! I wish I would have known that to begin with, or I never would have ordered it. It cost me $28 in shipping since they demand a track and shipping when returning. A huge waste of money and time.
