I had an appointment for noon until 2 and the plumber did not show up. I called the office and was informed his earlier job was taking longer. I rebooked for 2 days later from 9 am to 11 am. The plumber did nit show up again. I did not receive a call to inform me. I called the office 5 times between 11:30 am and 1 pm. I finally received a call back saying the person who was going to call me back would not be able to do so today. I was finally told that the scheduled plumber would not be able to come. I informed them that I had already called Milani Plumbing and their plumber was working now. This plumber was great. I would suggest that this is a plumbing company that needs to work on customer service, time management and communication with its customers.Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating Response

We apologize for your inconvenience. We do have a record of your call on May 25th. We were extremely busy that day and often have to prioritize our calls starting with emergencies. We can appreciate the frustration that this can cause. We apologize again, and will make a better effort in communicating with our customers when this happens.
