              We rented a ********* ******** ********* ***** *** ****** * through this company. The reason for this complaints are : - This company is unfairly deducted different expenses from the security deposit before returning to us. - They are charging us $250 for a table to a damage. This table in question was damaged ( removed ) by the previous tenant and on the day of us moving in when doing the move-in inspection the person entered in the report that the table is already damaged. We have sent an email showing photos of the damage that was taken on the day of us moving in and also a copy of the inspection report that was given to us which mentions of the damage. - After living at the location for 2 months, with no damages to the apartment this company is charging us $250 for not having tenant insurance, even though we left the premises in the same condition ( or better clean condition ) with no damages. **** ******* ** ******* ********** ******* ** ***** ******** *******

              This review is being left by a plumbing and heating contractor who has not been paid over $13,000.00 by Plan A Real Estate.The address of work is for ***************** Work completed is for the following and not limited too : Heating issues in multiple suites, Commercial Boiler install, Hot water tank install.*******'s were made for this work and never paid in full. At the time of work, we were dealing with *******, *****, ******, There has been over 2 dozen correspondence records and other attempts to get this account rectified. a response to this would be greatly appreciated. we have multiple email address and phone numbers that we can also include. KC's would like to come to an agreement with the remainder monies owing.Thank you,******* General Manager
