Komo Roofing planned the replacement of my roof in a high 3 storey ********* house in a dense urban area. They reserved spaces in the road for equipment and skips and then started on time and sent in a large crew to remove 3 layers of old roofing. They then sent in specialized crews to install new roofing and flashings and trimmings. They also identified other parts of the house structure that needed repairs and attention prior to roofing.All of the crews worked very efficiently and took great care with flashings and protections. They also finished on schedule taking into consideration rain days.I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing urgent replacement and urgent repairs at a fair priceReview from ELMIRO A

This is an excellent company, they care about the job and make sure the client understands what is involved and is satisfied. I was very impressed with the crew who worked hard and were always polite and did a great clean up each day. ***** is a great supervisor and communicates well with home owner and ***** explained scope of work very clearly. Great experience with Komo in replacing our roof! Kevin provided a detailed quote which was competitive against the other four we received. He walked us through the different items/options and didn't try to push any unnecessary extras. The job started on the agreed date and was completed in 2 and a half days. Good communication throughout. The installers (David & team) were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a good job of tidying the site each day and took care to protect the neighbours houses. When rotted pieces of plywood were discovered they did a good job of documenting it with photos and replacing it at the agreed unit rate. The overall quality of the work seemed evident. Komo did a roof inspection, gave us an estimate for a new roof, and did some spot repairs for our 7 unit strata. We were happy with the work, very professional and Kevin seems quite knowledgable.Review from Scott G

I had Komo roofing install a new roof 2.5 years ago and did a fantastic job. On the day of the heavy rain storm I texted Kevin explaining there was a leak. Within 5 mins he responded and had a man on site to fix it within a couple hours. Unbelievable service Thanks *****
