i need to return the scales and they wont send me a return label. i should not have to pay the shipping the product has a 3 year warranty and is not accurateBusiness response

Customer purchased the scale through a retailer on ****** and not through our company
****** wouldn't refund the customer due to the fact that its past the 30 days of purchase
Told the customer we would be more than happy to go the warranty route
Warranty exchange instructions is listed here on our website and customer refuses to send back for us to do a full swap for a brand new scale

We can only offer the warranty option since we weren't the initial seller to you for this item
Please reach out to the retailer/ seller and they will deal with the refund on their side
On our side unfortunately we can only offer the warranty swap

Purchased a ****** *** ** from this company a couple years ago. It has a 20-year warranty and needed to be replaced already. I sent the item into their possession April 11th for warranty replacement. It's two weeks later and I still have not received a new scale. They responded last week saying it was going to be mailed out it's still not here. I've emailed them twice to ask if it was sent and for tracking information and I don't even get a reply. Customer service is beyond lacking. I'd be very hesitant doing business with this company ever again.Business response

Emailed multiple times and gave him an ETA and sent tracking today to confirm that it was shipped when stated
Parcel is sitting at post office waiting to be picked up
